Patrick is very nice and gives exceptional service! Room was clean and a/c in room works well! Price was right and I will definitely be staying here anytime I go trout fishing.
The hotel was pet friendly at a reasonable which is why we booked it. The room was very bare, I realize it’s probably because it’s a pet friendly room but still felt cold. The room was clean. I was surprised there was a small breakfast available, I didn’t realize it was included so that was nice. Overall you get what you pay for. A good stop along the route but not the most comfortable for more than one night.
Positive: Staff... nice clean room.... Negative: Unable to use the pool... no matter the time or day still unable... to many kids... they stayed in pool... no bottle water hot chocolate or milk offered with breakfast .. bed was to hard ..
Positive: Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was acceptable, but would have been nice to have biscuits and gravy or something warm, besides waffles. The bed was very comfortable and quiet to get good nights sleep. Would stay again. Negative: Not really. Negative: ""
This hotel is a good value for a quick trip to Rolla or if driving through. The lodging is pretty basic but it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was all right. The desk clerk was friendly. My son thought the sheets were scratchy. I wouldn’t probably stay multiple nights or plan to spend time hanging out at this hotel, but I got a good night’s sleep for a 12 hour stop.
First of all I would like to thank Rosa at the front desk who worked with me in booking the hotel over the phone. She was very professional and very kind, I give her 10+ stars for all of her help!!|The hotel was an excellent choice for spending one night in Rolla. It was clean, had an adequate breakfast and the price was definitely right.
Super clean , nice people, and great price.
1st time we stayed, no complaints.
2nd time, we stayed in room 111 and got to hear the elevator all day, and we had a really really bright light outside our window.
Will stay again but will not stay in room 111.
I called the front desk for the first time and asked if 19 would be an acceptable age to make a reservation since I saw online that they accept reservations for 18 plus, the first woman told me that 19 was acceptable as long as I had a card on file, I then called again 2 days prior to making my reservation and believe that I spoke with a different person who also confirmed the same thing. Today I called at around 10:00 a.m. just to check and see if my card was on file so that way there would be no delays or issues whenever I went to check in. the women told me that it was only 21 and up but that she would check with the general manager who would give me a call back around 12pm. i never received a call. so later that day around 8:30pm i called again. the man who I spoke to was extremely rude and cut me off multiple times including me explaining the situation only for him to say “no yeah what do you want" and when I was too stunned to speak he immediately just said "sorry." I have now spoken with over four people about this and the fact that I've gotten multiple different answers is actually ridiculous and unprofessional.
This place continues to get better with time. Was here years ago I'm thinking 2014 maybe 2018 and it continues to improve and stay with the times. It has big beds and is for men and women. Bailey assisted me today and was able to find my information
This rather new RV park was conveniently located near the interstate and offered spacious pull through and back in sites. We stopped for one night on our way to Texas. It was cold night down into the high 20âs and we needed a FHU site to keep our
Absolutely adorable (and DELICIOUS) authentic ice cream and soda shop in downtown Rolla! They have delicious (rotating) flavors, incredible sundaes, and traditional floats, phosphates, and sodas. My younger kids love the candy shop section including
This is literally my favortie place to go during the summer. I come here at least 3 times a week with my friends or family. Definitely recommend! There are many flavors, I have never gotten one that I didn't like. The prices are reasonable and worth
I moved to Missouri 5 1/2 years ago. There is so much to see and experience. The history here is amazing. I live next to the Mark Twain National Forrest. I love the fact that there are so many cave systems here. The waterways are amazing. Ge
