Super 8 by Wyndham Riviera Beach West Palm Beach - Hotel in Riviera Beach - 4112 W Blue Heron Blvd, USA

I caution anyone that considers this super eight. It fulfilled its purpose as a place to sleep for the night but the room was disgusting and the service was either rude or nonexistent. The carpet looked like a crime scene and in the morning when I went to leave there was no breakfast and no Manager on duty to give the keys to. The room cost for this hotel should be no more than $70. And you should get a tetanus shot before entering the room

Our vacation was great at peanut island but regardless our hotel it was the worse part. The front desk man was rude, he kept asking about my service dog and then tried to charge me for her so I told him the law. I asked for a bottom floor room since I’m 9 months pregnant and he said “no, second floor.” Our room stinks like marijuana , anytime we open the door we get hit with the smell. There is also mold in the bathroom and there was blood on the carpet and bathroom. Besides the room, breakfast is literally coffee, juice and a pack of chocolate chip muffins which is definitely not breakfast. When it rained the whole parking lot by Denny’s and gas station floods and you can not get in or out. The water gets extremely high up to where it was close to reach our door (in a suv) Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and wish I could get a refund but the man was very rude about it

Always a pleasure to stay at this location. The owners are a nice family, front desk staff (Ken, Leiland) are wonderful. Jackie with the housekeeping is a gem! ||The rooms are up to date, recent paint and updates underway. I feel safe here, even though it is in Riviera Beach there isn't any reason to not book here as the property and surrounding area is safe. 2 minute walk to restaurants, convenience gas station 1 minute away. First turn in off of 95. ||You can check in with ease. They have a beautiful pool as well.

I’ve seen a lot of not so good reviews of this place and wondered why. It’s a good location, easy access. Yes the rooms could be better but everything was clean and ther AC worked so no issues there. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but a comfortable easy to get to place to sleep.

Positive: Close to food and gas Negative: Room smelled horrible!! Was a smoking room. Something was leaking on the bathroom floor.

Positive: The pool looked like the only thing clean, but still didnt swim in it Negative: the walls were all scoffed, scratched, with smoke stains like the lamp shades! there were cigarette burns all over the comforters on both beds. in the morning while i was brushing my teeth there was a roach on the ceiling that went into bathroom! Worst hotel I've stayed in. Staff was yelling at each other at check in. Fridge in room didn't work and was moldy. Ice machine didn't work. Cleaned the room up before even touching anything. Was trying to get juice and muffins for kids breakfast and staff was staring at us like we were stealing. Was glad it was only for several hours. Would have left if it more than just the night.

Horrible experience overall. We got in and the lady working at reception was rude and stand-offish, and the room was awful. The first thing we smelled when walking in was an overwhelming scent of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room as claimed by the sign. However, this was just the beginning. the sink was blocked with a hair tie and whenever the water was turned on it would take a long time to drain and the sink would be filled with chunks of food floating up from the blocked drain, which was disgusting to say the least. As well as this, the mini fridge/freezer would not shut because of the huge amount of ice sticking out of the freezer. The most I can say about the room is that the beds were made and the sheets were mostly clean, and the shower was decent. The one bonus of the stay was the pool, which was quite lovely although cold. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we expected a similar level of quality. Finally, I can’t even say that this was a good value destination since we stayed somewhere with similar pricing the next day and it was vastly nicer. Overall the experience left much to be desired and I would not recommend.
