Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond - Hotel in Richmond - 107 N Keeneland Dr, USA

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Slept great like a baby. Charlie at front desk was very helpful and great personality. I would stay again and recommend to family friends and anyone who ask about this hotel. Jenn and Lisa were great housekeepers and so e anything we ask for or needed and cleaned our stay over room just as if I was checking back in. Thank you for a great experience at my stay at super 8 motel.

Love the rooms nice and clean the house keepers are great Charlie at front desk was very helpful. Very friendly staff. Great fresh breakfast. Overall great hotel and great experience. Beds were very comfortable I slept very well. Roo.s were very clean. Would recommend to anyone who ask. Very convenient location.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This location charged me a pet fee that was not made clear with I booked online nor when I checked-in. A $60 hold was put on my card for incendentals. This is normal, but what the front desk attendant did not tell me this was happening and it was a surprise on my card statement. I received a $42 refund and called to ask about the other $18. It was the pet fee. No one made this clear at any step in the reservation or check-in process. There was a sign on the counter that said $1 pet fee, but again it was not brought up in conversation even though I mentioned I had my cat with me. When I called, the person in the phone was not apologetic and when I asked that he make sure this doesn't happen to guests in the future he said it was my fault I didn't understand. It was never mentioned, how could I fail to understand?? I do not appreciate being lied to. The room was what you expect from a cheap Super8. Nothing nice, but gets the job done for a quick night through town. I will never stay here again and honestly only stayed here because my regular stop booked up and this location was marked as pet friendly.

The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. It's not a 5-star by any means, but the staff is very helpful and accommodating, and you can't beat the value for the rates on the room. It is located within short distance of anywhere I wanted to go with easy access from the highway. If I am ever in this area of the country again, I will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you!!

Stayed here on our way to Florida. Room was comfortable. Breakfast offer was skimpy. Front desk staff pleasant. Room was spacious and comfortable. Mexican Restaurant across the street was good and there was plenty of food. Hotel right off the 75 highway

Great experience by Charlie at front desk. He was very helpful. Housekeepers were very helpful and cleaned our stay over just like I was checking in again. Love this hotel would reccoyto anyone looking for a great hotel in Richmond ky. Right off i-75 exit.

This experience was the worst. I had a late walk in to this hotel. The front desk attendance told me my room would be $60 and $68 deposit. Once in the room. Bathroom tub had hair in it, sheets and pillows covered in hair, sheet had large spot of oil or something on the sheet and I had to go ask the attending to get me a new sheet cover and I used my own blankets. Loud noise of moving furniture at 11:30 p.m. when I checked out I was told the room was $80 instead of $60. I will never stay her again!

Really great hotel right off of I-75, in close proximity to plenty of service stations and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Great place to stay for the night when traveling without breaking the bank!
