Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond Hill - Featured Reviews (232)
The good first. It's very close to I-95 and ample parking for large vehicles or semi tractor trailers. There is in room microwave, fridge/freezer.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but this place don't exactly match up with some other reviews. The toilet lid is cracked. The housekeeping staff looks like they do a very half hearted job. It's dusty. There is paint chipping and wall paper/trim issues. From other reviews it looks as if they're in the process of remodelling. Apparently, they just haven't got back to the back bank of rooms yet.
We checked in really late last Wednesday, Nov. 29th. Kelly at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Check-in was quick and painless. The room was fairly priced, clean, everything was working fine, and we felt very safe. It looked exactly like in their photos. Breakfast was also yummy! We also liked how everything was within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
I stayed here overnight halfway through a drive down to Disney World with my family. I was looking for a simple value hotel just to sleep in, so I wasn't looking for anything fancy. This hotel looked kind of shady on the outside, but the rooms were fairly nice inside and best of all: clean. Unfortunately, there is a "restaurant" attached to the lobby, which turns into a nightclub at night. When I arrived late on a Friday night, there were lots of people wandering around the lobby area and loud, obnoxious music booming and people yelling through the wall as I was checking in. The attendant was very nice, and she gave me a room on the other side of the motel so I couldn't hear the music. However, there were people outside revving up their crappy cars at 2 AM and people talking loudly as they wandered through the parking lot leaving the bar. On the plus side, this motel has a breakfast area where they have a few simple options for free breakfast. Its a shame that I paid ~$99 for my stay here because it was really not worth it, but it was the Friday after July 4th, so that might have been why prices were inflated. This is the kind of place I would not expect to pay much more than $50/night on a regular night.
The renovation was awesome and couldn't beat the price! This Super 8 looks nothing like any Super 8 I've ever stayed at. The room looks like it would be at a nice hotel, not a cheaper motel and the breakfast was decent and filling. Well done on this motel Super 8. I definitely recommend it and if by chance I'm in the area again, i will stay.
The exterior needs work. Our room was poorly remodeled, but had new fixtures. Saw two roaches the first night probably due to being close to the pool....not anything to rave about. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast and lobby very nice. Good if your looking for a night stay not anything longer.. They should really put more work into cleaning the place and sealing the doorways instead of prettying up the lobby. Maybe replace the ancient exterior doors
.
Night one of two in the books. Check in was great, very friendly staff. Nice updated lobby. Clean room. Was upfront near the lobby so internet has been great. Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have 2nd waffle maker as that is what most like, but to add room for it would not work with out major changes to floor plan that would take away. Front desk clerk also takes care of breakfast and works fast to stay up on everything. Pool is still out of season, but just for looks they should skim the leaves out. The property is older, but has been updated and painted. I love the brick walls and would not want them covered to be more modern. For the owners own savings updating windows and doors should be on the list. Everything works and if tonight & tomorrow morning are as good as last night and this morning, then we will have no problem staying here again. Beware though, local law enforcement patrols heavily and seem to give no warnings no matter how minimal the rule break was, but there presence should keep trouble away too.
Great experience! Very clean, awesome value! The mattress was new and very comfortable. Continental breakfast included hot waffles! Cannot beat it for the price in the area. Felt like they really deserved a great review!
Location is convenient but the room was quite dirty. Filthy washcloth hanging in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling (above shower) and towels stained. We stayed only because all other options were booked and we needed to stop driving for the night.
A delightful surprise! We stopped staying at Best Western because we were consistently dissatisfied with several stays about a year ago. It seems Best Western is stepping up its game. This hotel was super clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast w

I started as soon as I was cleared from a broken arm and have come so far. They were great at working with me as I slowly built my strength and mobility. High Tide has a great community, diverse workouts and wonderful coaches that each help you becom
We came for the annual Muster in December, one of the best months to visit. The actors were great, kids tagging along both as guests and families staying the night inside the fort. What an awesome experience for a young person. Note both boys and gir

Quaint clean little place. First time here for breakfast and not my last. We had omelets, potatoes and rye toast. Good service, great food. The omelet was packed full. They certainly didnât skimp on ingredients. Warn you the coffee âï¸ lea
OMG!!! This is a hidden little gem off of the beaten path. Let me give you a glimpse of our dining experience. This place is dripping with some saucy sauce. They greet you at the door and welcome you in with excellent customer service. Wait, It does
The best damn coffee I have ever had at a breakfast spot. I've been a fancy coffee snob for the better part of half a decade and this coffee tastes like I had made a pour over with the freshest beans imaginable. It had a subtle sweetness, with notes

Hidden gem in a small shopping center. The staff was friendly and while we are passing by; found this listing while on a long ride off 95, we witnessed locals coming in. We watched how several staff talked and laughed with the repeat customers. That
