Super 8 by Wyndham Rexburg - Featured Reviews (583)
Loved everything about this hotel. Rate, service, amenities, breakfast, room, hot shower, pool, hot tub, and bed was all great. They must have renovated recently because all the old reviews complaining about old equipment are not true. Pool & hot tub are well maintained. We stayed here on 2 separate occasions 2 different rooms and all was excellent.
Our room was dirty. Bugs in our room. Crumbs on the floor behind the furniture. The bathtub was dirty and grimy, chose not to even shower because it was so gross. There was also poop in the pool, so we chose not to swim. Also the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely worth it to pay more and stay somewhere else. The one positive was the pillows were super comfortable, however I was worried all night I would get bed bugs.
My experience was good! Checked in later in the evening and the woman at the desk was very kind. She started up conversation and made sure to make us feel welcome. Made sure we understood where to find our room and where it was best to park in accordance to our rooms location.
The rooms aren't the most fancy things in the world and the bathrooms are very small. But they have the sink separate from the toilet and bath which is great when you are sharing a room!
Nothing fancy but worth the price! If staff stays the same then this is definitely a good place to stay. Close to stores, especially the candy store. :)
They have a pool but I didn't visit it.
They do have breakfast! A bit small and limited in options but it's got your basic waffles, oatmeal, cereal, donuts, breads, yogurt, etc. So it isn't a deal breaker!
Overall, stayed one night, slept well, and left feeling good about it overall.
The prices are reasonable for what you get. Hotel seems unmaintained (needs painting and new carpet). The bathroom in our room had been remodeled and was clean. Staff didn't refill food at breakfast or empty trash, but sat behind the desk visiting. We've stayed at other Super 8 hotels and this is the most poorly managed. The hotel is near the train tracks but thankfully we didn't hear any in the night. Overall a disappointing experience.
Checking and check out was fast. Rooms were clean. What I liked most was the breakfast. Lots of donuts, cinnamon rolls, muffins, waffles, and cereal.
Great place to stay. I’ve stayed at other Super 8 and hands down, this is the best one I’ve stayed in. Mind you, this is not a high end hotel chain and my rating is based on that. But this hotel in Rexburg is better than most hotels in this category. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
Bathroom was gross. You can tell the bedroom furniture is dated. The desk was missing the front of it. Still usable though. The room itself seemed clean enough. Bed wasn't very comfortable. No real place to hang clothes. Definitely would not use the drawers. . . The refrigerator and microwave were decent size!
Nice play to stay. We were stopping here on route to our ultimate destination, so we didn’t stay here for long. But it was a nice quiet hotel with a good complementary breakfast in the morning. Location is convenient to the highway for those that are traveling through.
This was my first time traveling to this part of the state of Idaho and I chose this hotel because of its good reviews on Google and its excellent price. Upon arriving, I was pleased with my first impression: friendly and attentive staff, clean lobby
This was by far THE BEST BBQ I've had in Idaho! Thick cut brisket mixed with delicious homemade sauces! Flavor was perfection. The owner Aaron takes pride in his work and it shows in the product!! Definitely became my favorite after one bite!
We had the BEST time as a family driving through the reserve. Itâs conveniently located, easy to find and access. The variety of foxes was astounding, some being the last of their kind globally. The wolves and bears were so close to our car but wer
It was super fun. The staff was super nice especially Riley and Hayden. (I hope thatâs their names). They gave us special tips on how to throw and gave us special weapons to throw. 10/10 experience would totally recommend to anyone thatâs wants a
The Emfield family is the best family to learn Jiu-jitsu from! They are kind and know what they are doing. If you are a beginner, you could not ask for a better team to teach you.
Unexpected surprise air museum in Rexburg, many flight worthy aircraft and an amazing collection of historic military items. Saturdays only when we were there
The place is the real deal and is our go-to spot when we're passing through the area. Prices are great. Toppings are top notch. Crust is AMAZING. Everything is made to order in their wood burning oven. the dessert pizzas are unreal... Also, as if the
Very beautiful, peaceful garden. We loved it
It's such a nice campus, too. It has lots of seating areas all around the garden for the students, that's awesome ðð
A fun Island-themed drink+desert shop. It's assorted soda, Italian ice, and custard. Cookies and cream custard is good stuff! Service was fast, and the indoor lawn chairs make a great spot to sit and talk with friends.
