This is the cleanest motel we have stayed at in years! Amanda has done a great job taking care of the rooms she’s responsible for. The entire staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful. My nephew recommended this motel, saying he’d been pleased with it. We were too!
I went up for the Vintage motocross races. The hotel was quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was superlative. I left my iPad at the hotel when I went to the airport I want to thank Sandra and Elizabeth and housekeeping at the front desk and Jennifer the manager, because they returned it to me at the airport .
I’m had a very nice stay. Very friendly staff. Stephanie in particular was great. My windows had a nice view of the mountains. The rooms are comfy and quiet with decent water pressure, lol. Plenty of parking and there are many food choices nearby. Also very convenient to the airport. Hope to be back sometime!
The rooms are nothing fancy, and I couldn't tell you the last time I stayed In a hotel that was all carpet, but the space was great and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast was more of a quick grab and go, but they do have a cool little pancake maker. The location is great for the Redmond/Bend area.
We went last minute and were so happy with our stay. We only booked a single but again last min plans changed and needed a double. Stephanie at the front desk treated us like family and was so kind and helpful. She really made our stay perfect! Thank you so much Stephanie for showing my family what true service is : )
Great friendly staff. Stephanie was great when we arrived! Helpful and informative! The place was clean and conveniently close to restaurants. Rooms were clean and plenty of parking. Large indoor pool. We were given great advice for the neighbouring amenities
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will say they served the best coffee I have had at any hotel. The only issue I had was with outlets near the bed. The rooms need to be updated to accommodate chargers for technology near the beds. Otherwise a standard room for the price.
The staff was great However the cleanliness of my room was very questionable. There was long hairs in the shower which are definitely not mine. I was also in a pet friendly room and I want to say that there were remnants of the previous pet. (Poop rubbed into the carpet) there was also a smell of electrical that was burning or running on a circuit that wasn’t able to handle it. I won’t be staying here again
