I stayed here May 7th, 2024 for one night. It was a good stay and I would stay again.|I also had one issue that hopefully will be resolved. Somehow, the person who stayed in the room on the same night next to me used my card to pay for his room. I don't know if it was malicious or accidental by the guest or hotel. The guest who "used" my card to pay for his room was Luis Tejada of Brooklyn. The manager of the Super 8, Katelyn Brown, has been helpful and very nice to speak with but my issue is still not resolved. |I disputed the $74.54 charge with my credit card, Barclays, but they are perplexed and feel like the charge happened at the Super 8 but are not sure how.|I hope this can be further investigated by all parties and hope to get this charge dropped. I do not want Super 8 to lose anything on this if my card number was somehow stolen by Mr. Tejada.

Ignore the complaints. This Super 8 motel was an excellent basic and economical place to stay. We requested a room on the lower floor and that's what we got. The room was clean, well furnished, not small, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine; again, nothing fancy but all the basics in good order including clean towels and shower. More than enough parking and ease of entry.||This motel seems to be a family run business and they seem to be dedicated to keeping it in good order. Particularly notable is that we were there for the eclipse, and they did not inflate their price, unlike almost all other places in the vicinity.||If you're looking for a good, economical place to stay north of Albany, this is an excellent choice!

The only pros about the hotel were the proximity to the highway and I will say that the hotel was clean. I understand this is a budget hotel but, the hotel is in desperate need of an update. Everything in the room was old and worn. We entered our room and found the coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV and a lamp plugged into a single power stripe on the floor. Needless to say, we unplugged everything but the refrigerator and TV. Talk about a fire hazard and probably an illegal act! The mattress had a huge hole/cavern on one side. It was probably 2 inches wide, 2 inches deep and 3 feet long. Made for an uncomfortable night sleep. The shower drained very slowly. By the time you were finished with your shower, you were standing in water up to your ankles! There were only small muffins available for breakfast - we were told the "shipment hadn't come in". We were there for 5 nights, and nothing ever came in. Needless to say, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again. We will look for other options on our next trip.

Called and made a reservation. Asked if they were pet friendly and was told yes. Our semi was in the shop right down the road so we booked the room for the night. After a very nice employee from the garage dropped us off we went to check in. We were informed that yes they are pet friendly but only dogs are allowed. We have a cat. The front desk clerk called the manager at our request because we were willing to pay a deposit. We were turned down. We were left stranded in their parking lot while calling every hotel in the area. If you have restrictions on what kind of pet you are friendly towards then state it on your website.

The conscientious budget Traveler or Adirondack park visitor should know a few things. This place is not Queensbury or Lake George. it is an out of the way somewhat undesirable sort of a barren area off the highway. What you see in the pictures and in some reviews most likely will not be what you get. Be aware the few clean rooms at the end are given to people who pay monthly (long-term renters). There is a white trash element here and the female manager I would say is a part of this group of elements I have seen. People like this should not be in charge of the budget Travelers much needed Leisure Time. 99% of the rooms in this place have a disease bomb filth in the rugs which can never be cleaned because of the moisture (contributing to pathogen replication by the minute), (bacteria, yeast, fungus, parasitic, larva bed bugs, virus and filth), compacted over years decades of time and god knows how many hundreds thousands of visitors. If you noticed that background itching and after you leave look no further than that. Suffice to say that in this condition we would avoid this place in the future and not travel if the prices are too high in LG. I guess if you are desperado or if you are able to get one of those monthly rented rooms you might be all right for a "short stay" but just not for me.

Months later I still think about how housekeeping went through my toiletry bag and stole 30 Adderall pills from me and left the empty bottle. I don't have good insurance and have to pay $6/pill (between doctor fee and pharmacy cost) and needed them. What a POS move. I was bummed. I kept my do not disturb card on the door my entire stay until one day it fell off and housekeeping cleaned my room and that's all they needed to steal from me.

Stayed here Friday night so we were close to fishing Saratoga Lake. We had no problems Friday night with our 3 bass boats in the parking lot. Saturday after fishing we were bombarded by a nasty employee from the front desk. The manager was zero help as well. Now we are taking too many parking spots. We packed up and left. Zero stars ,go anywhere else . Place sucks.

I stay here a lot traveling to Quebec when I don't have enough time to drive all the way to Quebec. Clean rooms and very helpful staff and plenty of parking.

Awesome trails! We are a couple of 60+ year olds, and have been working our way thru the local trails. This one took us almost twice as long than the same distance on Halfway Brook, we really needed to pay attention to the roots and rocks....which is

Okay first of all, mini golf is pretty popular pastime in the Lake George area. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this location has TWO courses! That’s 36 holes total! I believe the prices were $10 per person for one course or $16 to do both
