Super 8 by Wyndham Pascagoula - Motel in Pascagoula - 4919 Denny Ave, USA

Was a great place to stay for the night to visit family. The room was great. Had free, fresh, clean towels in the bathroom. Had fresh clean sheets and covers on the bed. Had extra pillows in the room. Very accommodating. We came last minute and were given a reasonable price to stay for the night. Had soft comfy beds. Had a nice big tub to soak in. Had free complimentary breakfast in the morning as well.

So very disappointed. Paid almost $200 for a one night stay. No pool. No breakfast. No extra pillows or extra towels both requested through booking and asked for upon arrival as well. Then had to have ANOTHER additional $50 CASH ONLY deposit. If we hadn’t already paid online we would’ve driven the extra 5 hrs home rather than stay.

I wish I had anything positive to say. Instead, just don’t stay here. We drove cross country in January and this was the worst of the many hotels and motels we stopped in. This hotel was filthy. Grime everywhere. Stained rug. Mold around the sink drain. Filthy doorknobs and light switches. Curtains with torn, sagging hems. It had the thinnest towels I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The person at the front desk sat with his back to the hallway and literally had no idea who was coming and going. It felt not quite safe to us. Breakfast? A couple of prepackaged stale tiny muffins that were quickly gone. We were so exhausted from a six hour drive we didn’t have the strength to check out and go someplace else for the night. But we woke up and got out as fast as we could in the morning. I didn’t even want to take a shower in the gross tub. Awful place.

Lazy and RUDE staff. I came in from NY to test for the shipyard and this had to be hands down one of the most unprofessional and unconvincing acts of performative kindness I have ever seen. It’s literally like if you let ppl from and insane asylum run a business. Pure Evil and Contentious ppl.

Very rude and lazy staff. I had to ask to get sheets changed after a week and then she wanted to try the day that they have already when they hadn't. Then she came banging on my door telling saying if I wanted my bed changed then it needed to be done now and she wasn't even the one doing it. Very very rude people. Never again. I left after a week of the rudeness

The property was dirty with trash in the hallway. 45 minutes to check in. The clerk kept complaining about their system. Everything smelled like smoke. It was very dog friendly though with enough grassy area.

Worst Hotel Service I have ever had. The front desk attendant on the weekends is probably one of the worst humans ever birthed. Harassing me while I’m making my waffles about how the hell to make them. Then the manager has the nerve to be rude as out matching a discount . If you can’t match the price of the websites then don’t. This dude is crying that he gotta match the price of a website. I stay every weekend, don’t be mad at me I get discounts. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Everyone needs training. The housekeeper is the only one that has any respect or decency she should be the manager.

Maid service is a bit lacking unless you request full services. I always had clean towels and wash rags, but if you wanted the bed made, floor swept of coffee restocked you had to request it. When I requested it, they did a great job. To ME, these are things that should not have to be requested but that is just me.
