The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom met my expectations with cleanliness and enough linens. I didn't care for the deposit for incidentals when using a credit card because the paperwork clearly states that they are allowed to bill the credit card if something is broken or messed up because of you that's beyond normal staying terms. They could have better access to the second floor rooms for both sides... otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I was satisfied with the property for the price.
It was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet area. Close to stores for anything you need. Many places to eat. Close to big time entertainment. You can get a key to work out at planet fitness and this is free of charge. Snacks in lobby.
They charge a $50 deposit for your stay, doesn't say it anywhere just get you on check in! Rooms are hot and the air barely runs! Only 2 towels, no soap and beds are hard as rocks! Spend your money somewhere else! Wish I could give a lower score! The curtains don't meet in the middle to darken the room.
The location is great just next to the highway and walking distance to a buffet restaurant. The problem is that they advertise breakfast and there is barely anything to eat in the morning. Just coffee, mini muffins and empty jars of what in a past was juice. I came prepared to cook as you can see in the picture, but the bathroom air extractor was not working and I had to keep the front door open in order to avoid the smoke detector from triggering and start beeping. The desk and WiFi was very useful to connect with my wife and kids and helping the kids with homework. No pool and no gym.
We have used this hotel 3 times in the last year when we visit family in Anniston. Each time we have been there, the service has been amazing. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean. That is a big deal. They are clean and taken care of. It is accessible from I-20, being less than 1/2 mile off the interstate.
So when reserving a room, I always check to make sure of a few things one that they offer breakfast to the pool is open and three previous reviews from guest who have recently stayed. All these things seem to check out at this super eight motel. WRONG! this morning was sadly disappointed at the continental breakfast of Sugar water apple juice and Orange colored water, there was no pancake machine no waffle iron no cereal milk. How can you claim that you have a continental breakfast and you don’t have the staples? The pool has been permanently closed and the reviews have obviously been paid for seeing as how they all are full of misinformation. Would not recommend anyone to stay here!
Convenient location right off the interstate. The bed was comfortable, other than that, I probably wouldn't stay there again. Too many people hanging out outside the rooms, mold all around the mini fridge, long curly pubic hair on the walls in the shower. The room looked nice at first sight but it wasn't as clean as I was hoping for.
We choose it because we travel with our dog. Price was $68 + $50 refundable deposit + $30 for our dog. Good value but the walls and ceilings were moldy and the linens were damp to the touch. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel

Very good place to go and fish, jog, relax, walk, or feed the ducks. We enjoyed looking at the Covered Bridge that is there. The water fountain in the middle of the lake is pretty. I would recommend this place.
This gym is awesome! The staff is super friendly, the gym is clean, there is a ton of equipment to work with, and they have child care! I'm super impressed and will absolutely be getting a membership here.
