Super 8 by Wyndham Oshkosh Airport - Hotel in Oshkosh - 1581 W South Park Ave, USA

The remodeling was well done at this hotel. The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and has many outlets for phones, computers, etc. No blankets were on the beds (only a sheet and a thin coverlet). During winter I would have asked at the front desk for a blanket. We did have to ask for additional towels since there were not enough for the three of us. No coffee maker in the room but breakfast room had a coffee dispensing machine. The shower curtain had some mold on it but could be removed if washed. The lighting was a bit dim in the room. Breakfast was basic but met our needs for a glass of juice, coffee, pastries, and eggs.

The new owners/management of the Super 8 are great and very reliable for reservations communications and special requests. The rooms are newly redone with new mattresses and beds which are very comfortable. The bathrooms still need renovating, but we were told that will be completed during the winter months. Breakfast is basic but does the trick. This is a comfortable, simple motel that is in the best possible location to access EAA and any Osh Kosh events that happen on the airventure grounds. Safe and clean-we have already booked again for next year.

Newly furnished and renovated in 2024, with a ComfortInn standard facilities and services. I witnessed many good surprises in detail since my 2023 stay. I will certainly come back later. Highly recommended!

Plenty of parking but the hotel is being run by 3 guys who are doing a remodel themselves. It doesn't look that great. The beds only had 1 sheet and one of those super thin blankets. The bathroom was a mess, leaky shower, sometimes the light wouldn't turn on. The breakfast is sub-par at best. Pretty nasty honestly. I asked for more towels because the room only came with 2 and they wouldn't give me any until I returned the other 2, which was odd. There's some questionable people that live there. They live on the first floor. When I checked out I asked one of them what the monthly rate is if I wanted to live there and he replied in broken English that nobody lives here, then turned on a dime and asked me if I wanted to live there. Clearly they rent it out to people by live there but probably do it off the books so Wyndham keeps them in their network. I would seriously look elsewhere.

Positive: Nothing Negative: A lot. They renovated but used sub par materials and you can see it with the "new" tiles that are cracked. You also have to think that there no breakfast at this hotel because there was almost nothing except bananas. Not even coffee.

Good room for a short stay or emergency. All remodeled, new mattresses, bedding, decor etc..breakfast was what you expect a hotel breakfast to be. Everything was clean and set out for single use. Would stay again for the price. Staff was friendly.

Make sure Food is Hot. Sausage gravy was cold. Employee was cooking scrambled eggs in microwave in Dining area. Had to turn off waffle maker etc to run microwave.||Make food in a room away from guests.

The young gentleman that checked me in was super friendly and kind. Rooms are clean. Everything is new. New beds, mini fridge, microwave. Everything is beautiful in MY OWN OPINION. I only posted pics of the bathroom due to My Husband, kids and grandson were resting
