Pulling up to the hotel it already felt gross from the outside and it only got worse. Upon entering my room I was bombarded by the smell of mold. The bathroom revealed a large patch of black mold above the bathtub/shower. This was complimented by significant amounts of peeling paint in the shower. Right outside of the bathroom multiple dirty handprints adorn the wall as decor. The carpet is stained along with the fabric chair. When evaluating the bed, there was a patch of holes in the sheets. ||Upon taking all of this in, I pivoted right back out the door and to the check-in desk for a refund. They asked if they could instead move me to another room, I told them I planned on taking my business elsewhere. I was granted a refund but told it wouldn’t hit my account for 2-3 business days. It is still listed as pending 5 days later.

I was initially assigned to room 228 next to the starwell; however, from 8:30 PM to 4:40 AM, guests have been running/walking up and down the stairs.  Unfortunately, when walking up/down the stairs, it creates a loud sound like a bomb.  Around 4:30 PM, I could not take it anymore and requested a room change.  Well, the room change entailed a different level of noise from the guests above me.  The entire time, these people have been stomping, yelling, laughing, talking etc.  At 6:30 AM, I went to the front desk to report that the room change has not mitigated the noise and that I cannot sleep due to the loud noise; however, the receptionist had the audacity to sigh and put her head in both hands, as though I was bothering her.

This property does not deserve a star. The lobby of the hotel has ceiling water damage. The carpets did not seem clean. The door frame of our room was broken. The shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall, drooped by the weight of the curtain. The sink faucet only gave cold water. The TV turned on, but there was no remote in the room, and there was no signal because there was no HDMI cable from the cable box to the television. There was a huge sopping wet spot next one of the beds which we covered with a towel. The beds were actually decent and I slept fine with the AC running and also running the loud bathroom fan to help cover up the sounds from both outside (including a visit from two police cruisers) and from the pacing of the person in the room above. In the morning, there was no breakfast except a box of mini blueberry muffins, some cereal, and toast. There was milk (which I didn't trust) and juice in the fridge, but the cups available were the ones normally used to pour waffle mix into the waffle maker (absent). The tabletops were sticky. We cancelled our reservation for a second night and went elsewhere. The check in and check out were the only good part.

While visiting with a friend who just got into town, we opened the window due to how stale the room was. Paid for 3 days. Now she has to leave immediately with NO REFUND. Guess they smell smoke. That's pretty harsh for no continental breakfast. I don't know how they were supposed to sleep with this construction noise that has been on since I got here. There is no hotel for my home girl tonight. Guess she and doggo are staying at my house tonight!!

Checked in, informed of dog with me. Got a room on the 3rd floor, was told no king beds on 1st. I had to ask where my room was, no elevator or luggage carts. Was told that there was a door on the side I could access. I ventured in the side door and an overwhelming smell of burnt hookah hit me. The next day my pajamas still reeeked. 3rd floor was even worse. Smell stepping into 315 was somehow worse. My dog and I needed a place to sleep so we trucked on. First light switch by the door didn't work and the blinds were closed. Massive hole in the wall in the closet, hair in the shower and no dead bolt, when it was needed the most. Fire Evac plan is a little confusing though. Bathroom sink did a weird thing with the way the water came out. The cig burns in BOTH chairs really had me questioning where I was. Had to use an extension cord of my own as I was not touching furniture for an outlet by the bed. It was real great around 1am when the hallway got loud for an hour and my dog was woke up and alert. Next day, my key card wasn't working around 1015am, check out at 11. The housekeeper, she was the best person I came in contact with, very kindly let me in. Plus- wifi worked but I had to re confirm at check in the numbers written on the card for the password as it was barley legible. Shower pressure was solid (I've been in worse conditions to shower) AC worked good. The pillows were nice. The large area of grass in the back was perfect for my dog. TLDR; I think I got my money worth. Minus the pet fee. It's clear the humans make more of the mess. Next night I stayed at the Microtel By Wyndham, also 2 star, by Wyndham. Amazing 10/10 and worth the 20 minute drive.

Breakfast was non existence. Cereal in dispenser, no coffee, milk or OJ. Ice machine not working. Charging higher prices due to college world series and not worth what regular price would have been. Non slip on bath tub peeling offAir conditioner worked but ran constantly to keep up. Best part of visit was check out.

This has to be the worst hotel I've stayed in ever. The AC doesn't work. The front desk guy came to the room, confirmed it didn't work, said he would send someone.. they most be coming on horseback. Never have came to fix it. The bathroom is covered in mold, the bathtub is so dirty I won't even stand Barefoot. The floor tile looks like a 3 year old installed it, if you can even say it was installed. Look at the photos. Room 137. And not willing to give a refund. They actually don't see a problem with this. Wyndham has really gone down hill
