Had a pleasant experience. One night during the Labour Day weekend. Staff were extremely friendly. Made good small talk, gave good recommendations and were very informative. Housekeeping was great and prompt as well when we needed more toiletries and towels. Rooms were clean and tidy. Fairly basic but it's what you'd expect. No hairdryer but we were OK with it. Air conditioning unit seemed fairly new, packed a punch and had clean filters. Parking lot was abundant at the back. However there are no elevators in the hotel so make sure you ask for a room on the first floor if you need accessibility. Great location, 10 minute drive to the hotel and >5 minute drive to different stores, restaurants and even the outlet mall. Took 15 minutes for us to get here from Rainbow Bridge.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with the family. **Pros:** The location is excellent — just 11 minutes to the falls, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Although the hotel is old, it is quite clean. The room was standard, nothing special, but it had everything we needed. It was convenient that the hotel has parking and a small pool, and breakfast is included in the price. **Cons:** Unfortunately, there were no towels in the room, which was an unpleasant surprise. It’s a good thing I always bring my own, but still, their absence was disappointing. Also, there was a loud noise from the hotel's ventilation system in the room — a constant and irritating sound that made it hard to relax. At breakfast, there were very few tables, but lots of guests, so a long queue formed, and some people didn’t have a place to sit. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay, but there are a few things that could be improved.

We had a splendid two days at this hotel! It’s a max of a 10 minute drive to the Niagara Falls parking and 11 to 14 minutes to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the hotel is incredibly quiet, the staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were clean with a phenomenal air conditioner. It’s a great location, because target and a lot of the stores where we needed to buy stuff were virtually within walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable. Karan in guest services was extremely helpful by allowing us to check in an hour early and by giving us a room on the first floor making it easier for our kids. The room could use a few touch ups but it was all cosmetic. I was more concerned for cleanliness and comfort and they delivered on that. The hotel is a short distance from the actual falls and located near shopping and restaurants. Overall a great value for the money that we paid.

Just stayed here this past weekend. Everything was clean, neat & updated. The GM Robert made our stay extra special. He actually remembered our names & made sure he said Good Morning every morning. He set up our excursion to the Falls leaving us to have a great time without stress! Breakfast was great it definitely gave us. a good start. We would definitely recommend to others.

Great place for the price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. In our room one bed creaked and there was no microwave. But that's not a problem. The pool was warm and clean. I'll come back here again.

Good hotel in this area with reasonable price of $96 on June 09, 2024. Hotel resides next to the main road near the signal. Few parking lots near to front desk but they have sufficient lots back of the hotel. There are total 5 entrance doors, so easy to come in with the access card only. The main entrance alone is open with out any access. Front desk is so supportive and they gave us the room with 2 hr early check-in which really helped us. They have 2 floors and each floor has almost 20 rooms. Near the front desk, they have common rest room and the break fast lobby. They gave breakfast which has bagels, bread (wheat & white), cereals, coffee and tea. Breakfast timings are 6 to 9 AM and it is free. Manager and other staff were so supportive.

Rooms are clean. More parking out back. Breakfast during the week are cereal, bagels, yogurt or toast. Little Debbie type cinnamon rolls. On the weekend they do have waffles. It is close to the Falls 3-5 miles & nice area near Denny's or Target or Tops & a McDonald's & Bob Evans nearby.
