Super 8 by Wyndham Natchitoches - Hotel in Natchitoches - 5821 LA-1, USA

Good location just N of town and lake. All rooms are accessed thru indoor corridor. Hotel luggage cart available to take your items to the room. The room is smaller but we'll appointed. Small fridge with small freeze compartment. Small microwave. Small breakfast available. No waffles! 😉🙂

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The pictures shown are not at all what you get. This place is old and nasty. They were attempting to paint the outside of the building when we were there but it was very messy. The owner and the front desk employee had their cars wrapped in plastic but when questioned about my car being in the parking lot uncovered was told it would be fine. Once we stepped foot into our room we decided we would not be able to stay. We requested our money back only to be cussed out by the front desk employee. Requested the manager and was told he was not in. Called corporate to hope for a refund or some kind of communication and it has been 3 days with still no call back from anyone. If visiting from out of town I suggest the Hampton Inn. Very nice and accommodating to all of our needs.

Ok for a cheap motel, but not somewhere I'd stay again. Sketchy looking folks hanging around the property. Noisy. Rooms were not dirty though. Breakfast is prepackaged pastries and bars.

My son and I did not feel safe staying at the hotel. So we had to find somewhere else to stay. People were doing drugs outside, they were approaching our car and then followed me into the hotel. Also, they are doing construction but that it not said on the sight.

Got some well needed rest very quite staff is wonderful including the owner nice picnic area

We had a great experience staying here at Super 8 in Natchitotches...very nice staff, clean room, comfortabel bed and very nice pillows...we will definitely recommend staying here! We will be back

I've stayed at this Super8 since the 1980's. It's always been so-so but fairly nice. Or, acceptable. Last year, I drove a little farther and spent a little more to stay at a Comfort Inn. Much nicer! This year, I went back to Super 8 to save money. ||Let's just say that when my work brought me back for another three night stay a few days later, I decided to spend more money and take my business back to Comfort Inn. ||This Super8 just has a feel of... well... not a place I'd take my wife and questionable that I'd take my industrial crew. What made this stay worse is we were without hot water for two days! Granted, it was a weekend but they clearly didn't have a plumber on call. Imagine searing for a plumber on the weekend!||My room had a chair but the back cushion was missing. No clock, either. All in all, it was barely adequate.

Stayed here for over a month with no prior incident. As a former guest, if I have any questions regarding what I am paying for it should be a hassle free and uneventful encounter. This was the first time I have ever dealt with this gentleman behind the reception desk. Needless to say he was extremely aggravated and confrontational, for no good reason. As a result we will no longer be staying here and will take our business down the street to Motel 6 per his recommendation. Unbeknownst to him he has turned away months of future revenue due to his tyrant-like behavior. Hope this helps anyone who is mistaken that it should be a breeze to book a couple of rooms.
