Old hotel/motel that was a repaint and carpet ripped out for vinyl plank floors. Not a family resort, but if you are just interested in a decent room for cheap, it's a good pick, but do not expect breakfast!
Mold in the shower, ring in the toilet, desk chair had no vinyl left on it. 2" bar of soap, cheapest toilet paper available. I would not recommend!
Rooms were fine. Bed was good also. Everything was clean. Good location. Staff was very friendly.
Not much for breakfast, but a great value.
It's a Wyndham resort so it's pretty much garbage and not updated as their corporate office syphons off any profits and doesn't put the profits back into the properties, just let them get run down, then eventually closes them for a loss and tax credit / shelter.
I have to say, one of my worst experiences ever as a homeless veteran. The owner Sam, was disrespectful every chance he got. Was rude and extremely unprofessional. Rooms had roaches, and the bathrooms aren’t cleaned the whole week I was there. I can’t tell anyone else what to do, but I promise you’ll have a better experience anywhere else. I hate to leave one of these honestly but if reading this will make you not sleep with roaches, unclean & changed bed sheets, or an unprofessional owner than my job here is finished. God Bless America
I went for a trip. The room that I stayed in at cockroaches coming from the sink and the rest of the bathroom. While we stayed there we stayed for 3 nights. Nothing was done in the room, trash wasn’t taken care of neither was towels and other standard house keeping. When we arrived in the room there were half empty soap and shower bottles as if they hadn’t replaced them before. I’m not staying again. While making this post I hate to leave these reviews but this can’t go un resolved. Do not stay here. This was wrote in 2023
The place was clean and comfortable. The clerk gave me a room on the first floor because of my bad knees at no extra charge. Their breakfast was cinnamon rolls, o.j. and coffee (no sweetener, just sugar). The hair drier didn't work and the light in the room that is supposed to turn on when you open the door, didn't work. Other than that is was a good stay.
When i first tried to check in I was having some trouble with my card. The lady behind the desk was very rude and not very understanding. I finally got into a room after hours of sitting down in the lobby. Needless to say I was not impressed. The television only works half of the time.. so I had to go downstairs and request a new room when I finally got into my new room I found out the key card that was given to me wasn't working. So I had to go back downstairs to try and figure out what was wrong with my card. I was then informed that the maintenance man had to come in the next morning and repair it. The room they had me in the air conditioner and heater didn't work. Also on another subject they said their coffee maker is supposed to be 24 hours . I went down to get me a cup of coffee and it was shut down. The man behind the desk informed me that it was down for the time being. Wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. You definitely don't get your money's worth at this place. Some of the workers are very understanding and some aren't.
Very cool and historic and comfortable! Great prices for a night. We loved the location right on the river. Our twin beds were super comfy and the bathroom floors were heated! What a cool hidden gem! The lobby was all decorated for Christmas and it w
Informative museum with lots of local and regional history. As with many museums, one visit does not do it justice!

What a great find! In town for a sporting event and ate here. Food was great! I had salmon, roasted red potatoes, and asparagus. My husband had the Lafayette salad and then the fish and chips. Our server, Julie was a ROCK STAR. Beautiful setting on t
We had a very interesting quick tour of this museum. It was very informative trip. They had some rare exhibits, I remember buying some posters of some stern wheelers from this museum.
A darling little place. Amazing bartender, very personable, sweet, and helpful. Pool tables, juke box, heated outdoor smoking area. Loved the margaritas ð¹
I ordered sausage biscuits with milk to drink. Huge biscuits with thick, fresh-tasting sausage. Dining area can get crowded but for good reason: the food is really good. I would go here before I went to any of the national fast food chains for bre
Amazing place for lunch. We had the Pretzel bites with beer cheese as an appetizer, BBQ Burger and the Protein Bowl. The Burger was great and their fries amazing. The Protein Bowl was Rice with veggies, a good portion of chicken and an amazing sweet
My friend & I were in Marietta & we needed a place to eat before heading back to NE Ohio. It was the only spot open on a Sunday evening near where we were & it was a great choice. The outside looks inviting with sidewalk tables to enjoy if you prefer
It was very cold this day, no wait for seating or service. Had a great server, quick drinks, no grits that day but had a wonderful eggs Benedict classic with a side of sausage links. Very good. Eggs were perfectly poached, my wife had waffles and bac
