Super 8 by Wyndham Little Rock/Otter Creek - Hotel in Little Rock - 11701 I-30, USA

The location is good as it is near the highway. However, apart from that, I found little else to be satisfactory. The floors were sticky, and the microwave and refrigerator are placed inconveniently, right in front of the restroom, which feels awful. The lady at the reception was very rude. I stayed for two nights and, upon inquiring about extending my stay in the same room with new reservation, she demanded an early check-in fee even though I was already there and had not requested housekeeping services. She also mentioned that it would be illegal for me to stay past 11 PM, citing a violation of private property trespassing. My god it’s been more than a year I am staying in hotels. This is first experience Which I faced like this. Regarding the rules, they have some listed that state housekeeping will be provided and the room will be inspected if you stay for more than one night. However, I was told that no housekeeping would be available. I booked two more nights but decided to cancel due to this poor experience. I am now staying at a different Super 8, where the service is much better and staff is nice. Avoiding this place is better for peace of mind.

We asked for a bottom floor because of a disability, and was told that there were none available that there is an elevator but there was still a lot of walking to get to the room. As we walked to the elevator we saw a number of rooms with windows open and no one in there. When we got up to our room the first thing we noticed was the bedspread had stains on them. I do t know if they were actually stains or just dirty. It was gross. It made me feel like the whole room was dirty. It was late and we just showered pulled the bedspreads off the bed and went to sleep. I will NEVER stay there again!

It's alright the room I got was small considering how high the prices are and the maid service needs much improvement. The floors were covered in like a film like substance (maybe the cleaner they used wasn't mopped up properly) it made the floor slippery which caused me to almost fall. Not as comfortable as previous visits might think twice about staying here again

I originally made a reservation but canceled due to the deposit fee. The guy over the phone was incredibly rude and when I asked him to cancel he said I canceled it and hung up. The next day it showed that money tried to come through from the super 8 but declined lucky. Come to find out he never canceled it. Would not recommend anyone to come to this hotel! Ps: It was a guy who worked 07/17 afternoon hope something gets done about this!

Outside at first sight may seem questionable as construction is all around but once inside the room it's type room with amenities small yet keep clean everything worked and nobody bothered you here ..my only dislike is it's location right off highway so you will hear vehicles and other noises from outside but overall it's good..... They do hold a deposit of 100$ and they have a few requirements that u have to follow to get it back but that shouldn't be a problem, right? .... Side note they r located by outlet mall and restaurants are all around as well as a convenience store located right off the property which is convenient .... Management can be a lil rude ,made me uncomfortable to sign all the paperwork they gave me with rules just to get deposit back ...

Do not stay here! They are rude and try to talk down on you. We booked a room online ..My husband went to check in and was informing him of my service animal. they wanted to see documents. My husband had no issue with providing my SA documents that he doesn’t have to provide. They then told him we were going to be charged for my SA. My husband asked for a refund the desk clerk said he couldn’t do a refund after 4. He came back to the truck and informed me about what was going on. I went in and told the man what he was doing is wrong and he told me he has the right to do it and then asked me what disability my SA was for and what services he provided, I informed him that he was not aloud to ask these questions to anyone especially after showing documents on my SA but told him anyway. He then informed me that his manager was the one telling them they can ask all the questions they want because Arkansas has different state laws for service animals and that I need to look up the state laws I pulled it up and showed it to him. And once again he informed me that I need to look further into it. I said I want a refund NOW. We will not or will never stay here! Nothing special at all here to see negative stars isn’t an option.

So, let me start out with a positive note: despite the exterior looking so-so, the rooms were well kept and clean. The bad news is that somehow I reserved a smoking room. This probably happened because where I live in the US I haven't seen a smoking room in 20+ years. I didn't know they existed...really anywhere...but I guess they still exist in the US South. It was terrible. I still have a smoky smell to some of my clothes. The second night I changed, but it cost me extra to do so. I can accept that but the staff really didn't understand the concept of "the customer is always right", even when the customer is probably wrong. You politely tell the customer that the non-smoking rooms are a higher rate and that you would have to charge a fee to change the customer. You DO NOT tell the customer that there is nothing you can do. Also of note, the motel is right off a highway. So, if you're a light sleeper, just note that you will hear the cars going by all night. To end on a positive note, the location was reasonably convenient, the rooms were clean (no weird stained carpets or bed sheets like I've seen in Florida). Also, if you are willing to stay in the smoking room, you can get a great rate!

Was OK for the night. Had some issues with the water temperature and the parking lot had a lot of traffic in and out. Very noisy but other than that the room was clean, good price, and good location very close to shopping and restaurants.
