Super 8 by Wyndham Lindsay Olive Tree - Hotel in Lindsay - 390 CA-65, USA

Let me start by saying that the ONLY negative thing about our stay was that it is situated right off a busy and loud roadway. I’ve noticed a lot of the Super 8’s undergoing renovations and updates but I have to admit this particular location is absolutely fantastic. It was SPOTLESS, the manager was very sweet, the housekeeping staff is super thorough and so helpful, the pool and grounds are immaculate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and stay due to all these reasons. Truly impressed. Thank you!!

The guy at the front desk was very nice. The room was good, but the toilet was not 100% clean. You can hear the neighboring highway. But all in all a nice stay.

Friendly staff, nice pool. Big store at walking distance, excellent location if want to visit Sequoia. Really good diner next door. Overall cleanliness level high. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would most definitely visit again.

Positive: The location! It was very close to Sequoia National Park (our destination), as well as a grocery store, gas station, and several eateries. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well. Negative: The continental breakfast was pretty meager- just toast, muffins, and oatmeal. Our kids were a little bummed about the lack of options.

Just a spot to sleep after a long evening driving, beds are a bit to firm for my liking, the noise level from the street is a lot. The room was spacious, the shower lacked really hot water, the refrigerator in the room did not work and didn’t realize this until the morning. I would probably pick another spot if I were in the area for longer than a nights stay. But it was clean there’s a tv, microwave, in room coffee pot, clean towels only 3. The continental breakfast was bleak toast, muffins, and coffee some peanut butter and jelly and butter.

Lovely service by the front desk, the guy on weekday night and the lady in the morning were both very helpful. Clean rooms, nothing fancy but has all the necessities, like a refrigerator and microwave. The pool was nice too.

Rien à dire sur l’hôtel mais expérience client très décevante : j’ai réservé deux nuits via booking, et ai même appelé 48h avant la 2e nuit pour l’annuler comme les conditions l’indiquaient (annulation gratuite 24h avant). J’ai appelé l’hôtel qui m’a dit que cela devait être géré par booking ; j’ai donc écrit à booking qui me dit que cela doit être confirmé par l’hôtel. A l’hôtel nous avons bien dit que nous annulions la 2e nuit, et vous m’avez confirmé que cela devait être validé par booking, avez même pris mon mail pour me tenir au courant… depuis rien n’avance. Encore aujourd’hui booking vous appelle pour confirmer que nous avons bien check out le 30.08 et vous refusez. Chacun se renvoi la balle, c’est vraiment malhonnête ! Je souhaite être remboursée de cette 2e nuit qui me revient de droit - comme indiqué sur booking l’annulation est gratuite 24h avant l’arrivée. Merci de bien vouloir agir en ce sens !

Typical Super 8. Good value for money and decent no-frills rooms. Has restaurants around. Only gripe was with the AC - Stayed a night when it was 110 outside and by 4am the room was freezing cold and the AC controls other than on and off wouldn't work. Decent breakfast - cereal, toast and juice.
