Super 8 by Wyndham Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie - Hotel in Pleasant Prairie - 7601 118th Ave, USA

The first room was used. The shower was still wet. Sope and shampoo gone. So they put us in another room. It was smaller, and everything felt damp. I don't know what bit me, but I ended up with bug bites all over. Not bed bugs but being treated for mite bites. The AC needs to be cleaned as we both couldn't breathe the next day from allergies to mold. For the money I spent, it wasn't worth the convenience of being 5 min away from my event. Breakfast ends at 9am SHARP.

This place was very clean 🙂 and no bugs or rodents.i and my son stayed there for a little over a month while looking for a apartment. The managers were very helpful and nice. The housekeepers were helpful and pleasant. I had my little dog there and he liked to go outside. I would recommend super 8.

No one cleaned our room. Floors had not been vacuumed and washcloth from prior person still on tub. It's an okay place to stay if desperate. Lots of townies seem to stay here and they are very loud. Hallways smell of pot and regret. Super 8 management needs to check this local place as it is severely lacking. Would not recommend because our door wouldn't lock correctly and it's just straight up dirty. Had a multi day stay. Sheets weren't changed while we were there and the first day we had to go get towels and second day they didn't even pretend like they cleaned the room. If we hadn't already reserved the room and werent so tired we would have stayed elsewhere or even our car...would have been about the same. Do not stay here unless you're looking for spicy scents and townie regret.

We really enjoyed our stay last week!! And I really liked the handicap room because I have a bad leg so that helped not to have to do steps and a walk in shower but I checked in today I asked was there any handicap rooms available because of my leg and the front desk said none were available witch I understand but I had to go all the way to 3rd floor and having issues with the steps and I was very nervous in the shower cuz I felt like I was going to slip and fall and getting in and out was very difficult hopefully I can try to get a different room today for rest of our stay but other than that I love to come here!!!! So you guys are awesome thank you for accommodating me and moving my room to the first floor!!! I am very happy that that could be done and thanks to front desk first shift and the housekeeper on first floor the new room was immaculately clean!!!! I will be referring people that want to go to a hotel I will tell them to come here thank you for everything we will come back again

Normally I don't write bad reviews because we all have our bad days but this was overwhelming BAD the lobby appearance was a giveaway. This place was DISGUSTING. A fowl aroma that hits you as soon as you walk in the room. I couldn't believe my eyes I have pics below. Stains that looked like JOY JELLY if you know what i mean on bedding not sure if it was old food or not. Fly stuck on the wall like security and stains on the bathroom walls.water under the cabinet . Hair under sheets my son killed 2 bugs after being there for 2min. Bedding was dingy. Unfortunately we booked the room for family who came in town for my husband funeral. I was only refunded for 2 nights although I paid for 3 nights and we didn't stay there 1

If your thinking about staying here. Do not do it. The weed smell hits you when you walk in. The front desk lady lives at the hotel. Most staff does. Rooms are disgusting. Blood stains on pillow cases and sheets. Hair everywhere. Housekeeping took my second car keys and personal rags and towels. Yikes. Very unsafe place to stay at. People are loud. Doors to rooms have been broken into. This experience alone is why I left Wyndham and became IGH member.

Gross..... Where to start.... 1. There were people sitting out front smoking weed when we pulled up. 2. Urine and toilet paper were left unflushed in our room when we arrived. So bathroom was not actually cleaned. 3. The bathroom door was warped and would not even close 4. Hair wads on bathroom towels 5. Looks like blood stains/streaks on pillows and then to see other reviews talking about bed bugs makes me cringe... 6. There are crumbs all over our bed, meaning the sheets were never actually cleaned or changed 7. The air conditioner/heater literally has mold in it..toxic 8. The ice machine looks to have NEVER been cleaned, it had food, mold and scum in and on it. 9. There were toenail clippings all over our floor, so obviously no one vacuumed or did an extremely poor job of doing so. I could go on but I think you get the jist. Either there are many "fake" reviews or most of the reviews are coming from people who must have lived in squalor prior to coming here. Just pass

BED BUGS!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! (EDIT) I'm pretty sure the owner uses spam accounts to fluff the ratings here. John Smith? Please.... all those photos are the owners photos. We contacted the maintenance staff who said the owner would be on site in 20 minutes, we waited for an hour but when we asked again they said another hour and a half. The exterior doors do not lock. The shower is shoddy, the rooms a barely cleaned. The maintenance guy whose name I didn't catch also tried to blame the bed bugs on "the Mexican contractors" who were there 2 days before. Not a good look. This place obviously is poor quality and thinly veiled racism isn't going to make it better DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
