I see you are reading these reviews hotel manager, but are you doing anything about it??? Absolutely NOT! It is filthy and absolutely not safe for children. Thumb tacks all over our room floor and I have small children walking around. None smoking room and notice the floor full of ashes and the room smells like an ash tray. No blow dryer, no coffee pot like it says! Definitely would not recommend staying here! Have definitely had much better experiences with other Super 8s.

Just like another guest pointed out, party hotel. Idiots up all night crashing things into the wall, slamming the bathroom door opened like 20 times a night like they are having a rivalry with someone!! Called up at the desk it was a joke! I got hung up on then the second time put on hold when I can hear a black female in the background laughing & talking to this idiot who did NOTHING!! Heard this crap the entire week I stayed. It's not worth coming to unless you like putting up with inconsiderate morons plus to memtion them blaming loud noise on the Satellite tv guys when it was the idiot behind me the whole time!! Overall construction going. On right outside the motel was noisy & congested. Go to the next town if you can, you are better off!! Edit: the Manager has since called & came to a reasonable conclusion. I appreciate the Customer Service given by her. The rooms are a good rate & clean. The management seems to care when there is an issue & she wanted it resolved. I would stay here again just a different room maybe.

Wonderful Staff hands down! It was a lovely stay. Clean towels and everyone was super nice. Best price and efficient service. ❤️

Our stay was great! Even though there is a lot of construction going on, the location is great for Jacksonville. The rooms were nice, but carpet on the floor in a hotel room (one that allows pets at that) made me squeamish to walk barefoot. Aside from that, everything else was great. The service was good, the rooms were clean, no major flaws at all. The only thing I would recommend to anyone is simple.... If you want a better stay, then find a better place to visit, don't go to Jacksonville. 😉🤔🛸🗿☠️

Everything seemed okay until I found mold in my shower at the end of the day. Room 209, probably multiple other rooms. Hopefully it doesn’t make me sick. The maintenance/ cleaning department need to do their jobs though. If I paid for this I would demand a refund and go somewhere else.

A horrible experience. I would say stay but we did not stay. The first room we were given was filthy, the bed was unmade, and the garbage was overflowing. Sandra (who was rude, manager?) blamed it on a computer glitch. The next 2 rooms had TV's and phones that didn't work and had a musty smell. We left and went down the street where we found a cleaner room with polite staff.

First off I see you read the reviews hotel manager. U say yall take pride in your service and cleanliness. Psshh such a soft im sorry. These reviews date a year back. After 3 rooms. We gave up and ended up in room 120. Dirt all round the room.BLACK Mold in the shower. THE DOOR KNOB WAS THE CLEANEST THING IN THIS ROOM. I wILL STRIP THE BEDS IN THE MORNING SO YOUR MAIDS WILL HAVE TO Wash these filthy 3 day old linens. The rags are dingy. So don't apologize step up for the next customer. Foreigner owned motels are going down "be the difference." Not sure why I can't add these pictures.. I could walk around the edge of the room with wet feet and make mud!!!

WARNING: Also a Non Smoking room, had the room a very heavy Smoking smell, which woke me up 3-4 times the only night, we stayed there. Equipment was poor. Very old fridge, poor soap, bed cover with stains and Smoking holes. NO Coffee maschine, which is especially interessting as there was de facto NO breakfast available (at 08:20 am) there was Coffee, Milk, 1 = One Mini Muffin and 4 frozen bread rolls. Oh, and Cornflakes. I WAS SO SHOCKED, I forgot to take a photo. A very filzy locking guy (Manager?) Refilled the milk in the fridge, while we where discussing our options. As this is only a "partner" of booking, you can NOT leave a review at booking. CLEVER. DO NOT BOOK!
