The staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to get a room without a reservation and was able to be accommodated with my two dogs as well. I appreciated the fact that they did not have carpet in the room. The hotel was well maintained and kept.
Before I came here , I pissed from other motel property, I’m ready to leave to the next exit But Staff here are so good, they help me out good way , he welcomed me with smile, I asked his to give me room with parking view, Room is better then what I expected A perfect place to stay with family
This had the loudest a/c fan I've encountered in some time. Also the tubs need anti slip strips since most people do a shower vs a bath. Avoid a lawsuit and buy some strips. And swap out these short pillows for real pillows please. The hotel was clean and a good value.
Positive: The staff was very polite and helpful. Negative: The bed was way too soft and the room was cluttered with old furnishings. It really seemed dirty and needs updating. The bathroom door is too long and scraped across the floor. The breakfast was meager, coffee was very good and plentiful. Negative: ""
This establishment went above and beyond for my grandmother and I. During the balloon festival Oct. ‘23, we had managed to stop at every hotel between Flagstaff and Holbrook.. all affordable places were booked full for the event that weekend. We had slept in the car since we had left our destination on the west coast, and my grandmother needed somewhere to rest comfortably- she had fled a domestic violence situation and we hadn’t had a chance to slow down. The few folks in line in front of me, were either checking in, or turned down over being fully booked as well. This was our last chance to find a place before we had to keep on driving east. Devastated and exhausted, I turned to leave not even wanting to waste their time (the previous man was irate and rude, for about a half an hour, to the staff over a few dollar online booking error) Before I reached the door, they stopped me and asked what I needed. I told them our situation. They said to give them just a second.. that they take care of their elderly and children and they knew of one room that had been booked and then canceled. They made a way. They not only got my grandma a room, but it was a better room than we could’ve ever hoped for. Fully stocked and spotless, comfortable, and they assisted us with our bags. They were just as generous and courteous the following morning and never made us feel like an inconvenience at all. The following night my grandmother was killed in a head on collision. You never know when is the last time that you will have a warm roof over your head or a safe place to rest.. and this establishment did just that. After being disrespected and bullied, they were still kind and generous enough to bless others. I am forever grateful for this place and its staff for being such a blessing in a desperate time of need.
Friendly enough. The hotel is old, run down, not the cleanest, but the sheets appeared to be clean enough for being worn out and ready to sleep. If you’re a germaphobe, don’t stay there, it will give you the ick. Or, plan on cleaning the bathroom when you get there. They serve a breakfast, it’s decent, but, again, I’m leery of their cleanliness standards, but if you don’t mind, they have coffee, a waffle maker and other things for breakfast. I really wouldn’t recommend staying overnight in Holbrook, we had a theft and vandalism of our rented vehicle. I really don’t recommend the area for out of towners. There are nicer places, but on a budget and dog tired, do as you please and at your own risk, and again, park under the cameras!
I cant say enough about this hotel , the employes are so accommodating . upon check in recommended all the plaices to eat and where to avoid , lol . i was by myself and the girl on front desk recommended the place next door which was fantastic by the way . got to my room and the bed was just wonderful , king size , i guess the one beds here are all king size . the water in the morning was nice and hot . i don't really do breakfast but i did notice one in the morning , got some coffee and back on the road . perfect place for a one night and go . price was right
We were welcomed by courteous staff upon arrival Rom was very clean and comfortable And the meals we hàd were good also. Pool are was quiet relaxing and we really enjoyed the atmosphere there. All were nice and very helpful and we plan on staying every time we are vacationing near here would definitely recommend this place
Best Western agains prove its reputation as well maintained. The location is just off the freeway , yet removed far enough to avoid traffic noise. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast selection is good. Parking is close to the rooms. V
This place is new since the last time we drove through Holbrook. The coffee is great and not ridiculously expensive. We were served through the drive thru by Piper who told us she'd been there since they opened. She was very pleasant and it was a fan
Great small town museum. Free entry and very friendly staff. Lots to see on many levels. The signage can be vague and is a little small but it was well worth the stop
Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. It was good. The garlic bread was great. Had a beer out of Sedona AZ. Oak Creek something somethingâ¦. Great beer. Server and busboy were slammed with customers. Server was able to hold her cool and direct bus
When we got there the bathrooms were getting repaired.so we didnât have anywhere to use the restroom at first but they said it would be ready soon so we went to the store to stock up on snacks and when we came back, one of the staff informed us sin
I had the fajita combo, and my wife had the two burrito combo. We definitely had enough food. One combo would've been enough for the both of us, but the leftovers were good the next day. The rice and beans were great. The fajitas were amazingly de
