The room did lack some amenities such as microwave, coffee maker, working remote, breakfast. However, the bathroom was completely remodeled, very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Overall, not a bad experience! I would recommend.

This was the dirtiest and most unkept Hotel We have ever been at. It was very late when We arrived so We toughed it out just to get a few hours sleep. We slept on top of the Blankets as all the Bedding was so gross. Toilet had not been cleaned and had Fecal matter in and around it. We did not Shower because it also wasn't cleaned. It was so bad We were scared to take our socks off and we didn't. DO NOT stay or throw a Penny at this place. Absolutely the worst ever. I did a complaint and got an automated reply which accomplished nothing. They are a joke to Customer Surveys and satisfaction. We tell Everyone not to stay and how it was. Disturbing is a good description.

BUGS, MOLD, DAMP CARPETS! Drive the extra 10 or 15 minutes and stay in a clean hotel. I stayed here for business because it was close and now need to sanitize my belongings. The a/c blows out so much condensation that everything is damp and sticky. The a/c filters are black.

This hotel was literately like the broken down car on blocks in the back parking lot. Bad cable T.V., vending machines didn't work on both floors, washing machines in the hallways, towels thrown in the hallway. I felt like was in the way as the guest. The rooms were clean but tired and needed updated.

When we arrive to our room 115 we notice the bedspread was stain, and the microwave was broken and the room very dirty. I went to the front desk told then about the microwave he told me that they would replace in 30mins. We went out came back nothing was replace, I went back to the front desk the women she told me they didn't have any microwave to replace it, or didn't offer to move us to another room. I went to get cleaning supplies to clean the room. Also the lock on door was sticking I had to fight to get it open. And they should not advertise light breakfast. We have stayed at Sugar 8 many times, this one was horrible no pride at their establishment.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and never had any problems, The building is getting some remodling. I wont hesitate to stay here again in the future.

🤢 I don't even know where to start. If you honestly can't find any place to stay, just sleep in your car rather then spend the money here. I'm convinced this place does not have room service. It's bring your own cleaning supplies. We had one room and then after we found long hairs in the bed, we asked for a different room. When we had originally checked in, the guy before us was requesting a new room as apparently there were bloodstains in his room. Our second room still had an abundance of hairs and other random misc crumbs and spots on the sheets. You can tell the sheets have not been washed so we ended up sleeping with our clothes on and not in the covers. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a while either. The toilet was barely making it. Hair and hair clippings all over the bathroom. Pee stains. There was no actual soap for washing your hands. And don't even get me started on the level of noise in that place. First we had what sounded like boys below us that sounded like they just hit puberty and first discovered video games and anytime anyone moved you could hear it. The walls were made out of paper mache. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. Or just sleep in your car. Now I'm not sure we entirely escaped without getting any bed bugs. 🤮

I spend 300 days a year in hotels! As a long haul Driver can I see the inside of some pretty bad hotels but every now and then I come across some hotel with a person at the helm who is truly excellent and in this case his name is Jay exclamation point if you get a chance you need to book your hotel stay here everything is clean and neat they have whatever you need and the price isn't bad either at all so when you're traveling through this area try to stop here you'll save yourself the money and you'll have a great night! And if you're lucky maybe you'll meet probably one of the best hotel concierges in the business "Jay"!
