Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Worth TX - Hotel in Fort Worth - 7318 Calmont Ave, USA

My buddy Mike who drove my brother & myself to the hotel helped carry our bags to our room. A staff person (Desk Clerk) began scolding us about having a visitor. I informed her that he was not staying only helping with the bags. She threatened to have us removed from the property without refunding our money. When did hotels stop being a hospitality business? I swear, I felt like I was about to be punished by my mother for slipping my girlfriend into my bedroom.....to bed without dinner again!? Seriously though, she was very unprofessional.

Dead roaches on bathroom floor upon arrival. Provided only 2 towels & 2 rags. All of which had stains. No phone in our room. Toilet sprayed water & leaked every time we flushed it. We were initially told the pool was open. The pool was locked & closed our entire stay. Check-in process took forever. Especially for us already setting up a pre-reservation online. Charged an additional $20.00 deposit fee to a separate credit card. Was told that I had to use a credit card, or cash to cover the deposit fee & that they could not run my debit card I used to pay for our stay. Thankfully I brought a credit card since we had no cash. Never experienced that anywhere we've stayed in the past.

I didn't see any of the negative things said on the reviews. I stayed in 136 and it was nice. A/C blew super cold, great water pressure, nice clean room, and no problems with anyone. I'll definitely stay again. I enjoyed my stay very much, and the price was the best I found. Plus you're close to the highway and the smaller towns around downtown!

It's the worst place ever Literally money scam They ask for $20 of cash deposit for everyone. You have to check out at 10 am. to get your money back. But my flight was 6 am. I thought how much money they do with this "cash deposit." We found spoiled foo inside the room, bath towel and sheets with so many stains. Housekeepers don't show up any day to clean the room. Dirty, unprofessional, and money scam

Do not stay here unless you don't mind dirty, outdated, and run down rooms. Dead bugs, cigarette burns(Non-smoking room), old food in fridge. I even found a used condom hanging from the lamp shade. Not the best neighborhood either. Only thing within walking distance is a gas station. Breakfast in the morning was bread, jelly, coffee, and orange juice. Didn't even have a snack machine... Don't expect much from this place.

I will never stay at this establishment again! Rooms were not clean, sheets were stained, walls were falling apart! Doors coming off hinges, bugs alive and dead were found. Room stunk so bad we had to get air fresheners. Breakfast was a joke! Do not recommend. I’d give a 0 if that was possible.

This is by far the worse hotel I have stayed at, staff was nice at check in. The rooms are super dirty, stains everywhere, hair all over the floors, stained towels, no room service even on schedule days. Look at the room first before you check in, you will not have rest or peace of mind here. Pay more and be comfortable and clean. Even the toilet was leaking water when flushed and they said I could just leave if I didn't like it, which is true.

Just nasty and filthy no clean towels we had to go buy towels no light bulbs in the lamps gnats and roaches. $20.00 they charge extra in cash. Can’t even close the curtains a real tragedy don’t stay here
