You get what you pay for. I had a bad experience here. First, my suitcase was stolen upon arrival. I booked my room online and when I arrived, I was told that there was a $25 cash deposit. I don't carry cash on me so I left my luggage right outside the check in window. Since I was only going across the street to the atm, and the worker would be able to see if anyone took my stuff, I had trust that it would still be there. When I got the money out and went back, I noticed one of my suitcases were gone. When I asked the worker if he saw who took it, he said no. And I asked him if they have cameras and he said not outside. Smh. He acted careless about the situation. Since I had already spent money to get to the hotel, and also if I cancelled my booking, I would be charged for the first day, I just went along and continued the check in. Well, it got worse, because while me and my daughter were in the room, some strange-looking guy was watching me through the window. When I screamed in terror he hurried and ran off. This was my last straw. I checked out. I was waiting on my ride and a big bug flew past me in the lobby which caught me by surprise so I jumped back. I noticed the staff worker making fun of me and speaking in a different language. I know she was making fun of me because she was mocking the jumping motion I had just did a short while before. Also, the hotel room wasn't clean and the tub faucet was constantly dripping even though it was turned off. I'll never book at this hotel again. Just save your money and go somewhere nicer.
This place was gross. First room had cockroaches and the TV was so ancient that it did not have a HDMI plug so I was unable to use my fire stick. Dead bugs all over the place. Shower hot side knob was gone and bathtub was so nasty. I would not let my daughter take a bath in it. I didn't have enough bleach and cleaners to put a dent in the filth in this room. This place is nasty. Stay away.
Rooms are not quality for the price. Some burned spots on the sheets and bed covers
There are no towels in my room, and I'm trying to call the front desk and phone, not working
There is no shampoo in the shower, just a conditioner
There is no water or ice on this heat on any machine trying to get some drink, and nothing so has to drive to the store to get some water
The price is higher compared with the quality of this hotel. I'm not happy, but we have to rest tonight
I know they are going to send an answer saying apologies for the issues, but never fix anything 😆
Also, the AC is working but not cool enough
If you are looking for the absolute cheapest and least expensive room around the area, well this is the place for you. If you expect a non-smoking room to not smell like cigarette smoke and not have burn holes in everything burnable, expect a remote with batteries, a microwave with the plate it requires, a mini fridge that cools anything, a clean bathroom, exterior doors that work with your room key... Then this is NOT the place for you. What a dump, and keep in mind I'm posting this as a person who stays in a homeless shelter. I refused to take a shower, let alone a bath. I'll upload the pics of what looks like a poorly cleaned murder scene of a bathroom. But I will not forget to mention, they do offer a military discount.
Room and bed itself was fine and nicely furnished. Bathroom was gross, faded tiles, mold, and the cold faucet for the shower was literally ripped out of the wall and left sitting on the side of the tub. I could not control the cold water temperature at all and it made it impossible to shower. It is embarrassing that they considered a room in this state acceptable.
Positive: Distance to downtown Negative: The bed cover has cigarette burns,(smoke free hotel). Fire alarm kept going off. The side doors didn¿t lock. Breakfast was very limited. Negative: ""
The hotel room was horrendous, not safe and not fit for people to stay at. I don’t want other people making the same mistake of staying there…I tried complaining at the front desk but they wanted nothing to do with me. The front door to the room was hanging off the wall, connected only at the bottom, blinds and window didn’t work and both stuck closed, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall and didn't work with exposed electric cables, bathroom door was kicked in with a hole in it, the mirror was smashed, it smelt like something was decomposing and the window frames and walls were covered in mould. Next level bad!
Positive: The staff is polite and always there when I have a question or need something. Negative: They are in the process of fixing some prior damage that makes the hotel unattractive and uninviting from the outside, especially in the area of the highway.
