Very clean, nice staff ,the breakfast could be better but that's just my opinion.....

This place had very nice beds!!my aunt had to stay here for 10 days!

Every time we have stayed here been clean, courteous, and very professional. Although the pool seems to go down a few times that we visited serving morning breakfast definitely makes up for it and is cause for our return

We arrived very tired at 2:00 am July 13, 2015, the young lady at the desk was very cordial with a great attitude & sense of humor. She got us a room quickly. When we got into the room we were very tired & did not notice the condition of the room. There were numerous spots on the walls in the room & bathroom where the dry wall was badly cracked & the paint beginning to peel off. In the bathroom under the sink there was water damage & the wall paper was peeling off. the shower curtain was very moldy all along the bottom about 4 inches up. The tile floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been adequately cleaned in quite sometime. The drywall around the window was badly water stained, coming loose & the paint peeling off. The ceilings had also sustained drywall damage, water I suspect, poorly patched & painted. The carpets seemed as though they hadn't been vacuumed decently for a while. There wasn't that fresh smell that usually accompanies a room that has been well cleaned. The only bright spot were the staff at the desk. We WON'T be back and are requesting a refund.

Guy at front desk was super nice and helpful. If my review was based off customer service this would be 5 stars.... However I am basing this review on the chair in the corner and heroin death stain on the mattress. I can't complain about the awful smell since I asked for a smoking room. If you are looking to sleep in comfort don't look under the sheets and ignore spider webs in corners.

Total s#!+ hole. First room hadn't been cleaned at all. Second room was disgusting. Bed was like cardboard. Toilet was dirty. I left within 10 minutes. Guy working the front desk was cool but that's not enough. Don't stay here. Find somewhere else.

Honestly phenomenal value for the low price. I would expect horrible rooms for 80 bucks a night and dirty rooms, but honestly the rooms were reasonably clean, staff were weirdly attentive/friendly and had all their teeth (I have stayed at OTHER budget hotels and it is seriously a theme of one-7 tooth staff members who seem pretty mistreated by their employers)and breakfast was "decentish'. Still a very sparse hotel, and a little run down, but considering the prices a very good deal. Best budget hotel I have been to and also my "go-to" when I am in Fort Wayne. Only problem is that literally every time I have stayed over the past three years and ask for late check out, somehow house-keeping NEVER gets the memo and knocks on my door...4.1 stars.

Clean room. Extremely courteous staff. Nice shower. This is an old building with flaws but I'm not the type who thinks I'm better than anyone else. Pool was nice for a lil swim. Chinese place within walking distance was delicious with friendly staff. I was very satisfied with my stay.
