The vents on the AC had mold. We had to buy lysol to clean it up. Not good to have mold growing in your room. The beds were awful. Left my back hurting. Breakfast was lacking. The upstairs guest was stomping around. Felt like he was coming through the floor. The place was clean. I guess for $70 a night, that's what we get.

I booked a room and was told to pay WHEN I arrive at the front desk. My card always stays locked due to it being used without my consent. An hour later my reservation gets cancelled. I called the front dresm clerk tells me that cards get charged at 6pm but no where did it say that. They could’ve easily called me to unlock my card. Or changed their policy so it doesn’t say to pay when you ARRIVE. absolutely ridiculous. Inconsiderate people. Do not book here people!

My room was unclean - bedsheets not cleaned prior to arrival, bathroom had a used, dry washcloth from a prior guest sitting atop the shower curtain, chair and recliner had white and black stains. Also the air conditioning malfunctioned during the last day of our stay. Won’t be coming back anytime soon and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Would’ve left after day one but other hotels were booked due to a holiday nearby.

Bathroom has not been cleaned well. There was a dirty baby bottle behind the door. Old beer in the fridge. Stained sheets. Breakfast says 6-9. That is incorrect. It is 6 till whenever they decide to stop putting anything out. I asked and I was just out of luck. Rooms have no insulation so you hear everything. For the cheap price, it served its purpose but would not be a regular choice.

From the moment you step into the lobby of Tranquility Hotel, it’s clear this place is special. What stands out immediately is the genuinely warm welcome from the front desk team. I reserved an accessible room but these rooms are not it is partially ADA. I got this hotel room here with the idea of being able to take a shower but unfortunately I was not able to. There was no shower chair in the room and they do not have any in the hotel. There is not much space around the bed. This place cannot say they have accesible rooms. The other thing is their continental breakfast is very poor. Our experience was very disappointing. I will be contacting the manager.

First room: mattress protector looked like a floor mat that had not been cleaned or replaced in years. Second room: had dead bugs stuck to the walls and couldn’t walk through without sticking to the floors

Positive: Check in with very easy. Very fast Negative: The frame of the bed was so loud with every little movement we kept waking each other up it's the loudest bed known to man. The TV did not work properly took a long time to set the TV thing up. And then it still did not do it 2 hours later still no TV. Negative: ""
