towels and bedspreads were stained. Bathtub was dirty. Room had an odor that we had to purchase our own Febreeze to use every time we entered the room.

Location in duquoin is dead center. Cons? Bed bugs, price, cleanliness, breakfast. Asked for the room to be deep cleaned due to bed bugs. I was told it would be. They vacuumed some, and changed the sheets. I had already been bit, and still dealing with this a week later. Price increased nearly 3x regular amount due to the event in town. For what was paid you would expect way more, it's just robbery. No veteran discount either. Breakfast that's advertised is sub par. Cereal, room temp milk, a couple "juices", and some pre packaged breakfast bars with yogurt on ice, apples and bananas. It's just not worth it. I won't be going back, I'd rather not attend the event than stay here. A partial refund would've been a nice offer or gesture, I got nothing. I'll stay 20 30 mins away to avoid this place if needed.

I love the games/slots. Service is barely existent. But they do offer snack cakes and dry cereal. Rooms are fairly clean but they are outdated. Beds are not comfy.

The room was exceptionally clean. The reasons I gave less then 5 stars are: very slow hot water and slow internet.

Rooms were clean and decent. Staff was nice. WiFi had issues but it happens. Went to DQ across the parking lot.

Little on the pricey side. If you pay cash the owner charges a $25 deposit. People were stealing the towels. It's refunded back at checkout.

Not a bad place to stay bed was a little hard, and the shower knob was broken to adjust the cold water.

Very nice place! Clean, super nice people! Customer service was awesome! Rooms were super clean along with the bathrooms. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again! Beds were OMG super comfortable too! Awesome!
