Hotel was great. The staff were really nice. Housekeeping actually brought new towels daily and made the bed. I’ve stayed in some that only did it once. The hotel is in a great area as well, right off the highway. Breakfast waffles, cereal, toast. Would definitely stay again if visiting.

You definitely get what you pay for but I expected better than this. The pictures on the travel site I used must have been from when they first opened because they are nothing like it looks now. When we pulled up I immediately regretted my hotel choice. The location is shady, the hotel behind it looked like it was either for prostitution or drugs, and there were people loitering on the property. When we were walking to our room, the hallway didn’t feel like the AC was on. We switched rooms because the AC wasn’t working in ours and was told that there was only one other available room. So we moved and the new room was definitely cooler but the AC was so loud! But I figured we’d deal with it since it was cool. But by the evening the AC had been on for a while and we smelled a strong mildew smell. We thought it would go away but it never did. Since the guy said this was the only room left, we didn’t saw anything because where would they move us? So we had to deal with that horrible smell 3 days. As far as the cleanliness, the sheets, pillow cases, and comforters had stains, the bathroom had stains in the sink, ceiling, and shower, the shower rod was coming out of the wall. It looked like it hasn’t been updated in a very long time. Needless to say if we’re ever back in this area, I’m going to pick a totally different street for a hotel.

The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. The hallway smelled of weed a little. It could have been the people walking through. Overall, it was a nice stay. The service was great. They were so nice to us. If I had to give a negative, the cereal was stale.

Great place to stay and location is very nice and all visiting places are near by. Only thing i would recommend is they should clean the room bit better. When we ask for room clean they should mop the floor. The staff were great and service was awesome starting from checkin to checkout

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and we had a good experience. I appreciate how the front desk crew kept the lobby area clean despite this being an older facility. ||They have a very small lobby but still provided a good breakfast (waffles, cereal, pastries).

The rooms are small, the beds are at best doubles and not comfortable. Nothing was really clean but it wasn’t inhabitable. Moldy bathrooms, old sticky carpet. the worst breakfast ever and they do not keep coffee going and did not have it available in the rooms. The staff was worth the stay, very friendly, informative and professional. The area is very sketchy, lots of homeless and most likely druggies creeping around.

First, be careful as I chose "book now pay later" and was charged day after booking. (Trip wasn't for another 6+ months. Great staff. Beds were ok but bathroom really needs updating. Door in rough shape, handle close to falling off, no door stop, you had to hold the spout to pull pin up for shower as it felt as it would fall off otherwise and then you have VERY little pressure, so long hair takes long time to rinse out. The main room floor also in rough shape, cracks etc you had to watch where you walk. Again great staff, and nice location.

We excited to check in and relax after a long days drive , upon arrival went inside to check and was told be right back! Waited will over 20 minutes. Poor customer service!! Room better be amazing ! Should never have customer waiting this long
