Super 8 by Wyndham Colo. Sprs. Garden Of The Gods - Featured Reviews (795)
My adult son and I stayed at this Super 8 motel for over 6 1/2 months and we honestly enjoyed our time here. It is clean, rooms are spacious, prices are fair, breakfast is a simple set up but enough options to appeal to different tastes and the staff was Awesome to us! Huge shout out to Ryan, Pam and Jenny who were always nice, friendly, understanding and helpful! The rest of the staff and cleaning team is great as well but we mainly talked to these 3 on a day to day basis. I was hospitalized while staying here and Ryan kept an eye on my son, who is autistic, to make sure he was okay and needs were met while I was gone. That meant the world to me! I will refer this motel to my friends and family who are looking for a motel to stay at that was home to us for a short while! If I'm back in town in the future and need a motel I'm definitely coming back here! Thanks everyone at Super 8 for taking care of us during a hard time in our lives! Take care of yourself and each other!
Much better visit this time around. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Stayed 2 days and had no problems, check in and check out were easy and quick. Hot water and water pressure were perfect. The property is secure and monitored.
The service was off the bat horrible, we got there on time for our reservation and still had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to be attended. Pamela was the one who checked us in and serviced us. She gave us a room that was already booked and a room that didn’t open, we honestly did not feel comfortable anymore and wanted to let her know and to get our money back. We wanted to cancel and to speak to a manager and wouldn’t give us any information even our information about the rooms so we could have it documented on our side. She went around the desk and face to face with a family member of mine and told her that she was being rude and there was cameras that had audio recording as if it were a threat. Since no solution was given to us we decided to contact our bank. Pamela then called us back with a better tone saying she contacted the third party of the reservation, i kindly thanked her and let her know that i contacted the bank so it wouldn’t become a bigger issue and she was saying that they were going to charge us extra and i told her i knew about it and still again thanked her she proceed to cuss something and abruptly hang up.
7/5 - Staff was very friendly, no complaints there. My complaint is purely to do with the facility. Upstairs hallway off the elevator was a horrible stench. Once in our room, it was a total disappointment; poor condition, not cleaned very well, burn holes in the bedding and curtains in a non-smoking room. Lamp was broken hanging from the wall, toilet didn't work right, no water pressure, tv remote didn't work, hairs on the shower walls ect..
Parking lot spaces was seemingly way less than number of rooms, was riddled with sketchy people leaning on cars, watching our every move, and what we assumed had to be homeless. Constant noise throughout the hall all night long.
In short, we survived, the car had all its parts when we left ect...
Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
COCKROACHES.
it definitely isn't worth $90. The shower is definitely dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom walls. the beds were on springs with a hallow base, the beds had a few black spots on them, and the pillows were so small. there is no headboard and there were splattered stains on the painting above one of the beds. the windows have no net and are a huge safety hazard. and before i left, i found a COCKROACH crawling on the sink and sitting underneath a wash cloth. also, the room air dried out my throat , mouth , and nose so badly. there was also a dirty man smoking outside and staring at me when i left. the elevator was concerning, and the room door was so awfully stuck, i had to use all my strength just to open the door 💀
overall 2/10
Older but remodeled hotel. Front desk person was very helpful. Decent free breakfast. The rooms are decent for being an older building. The bathroom is old and has visible wear over the years. But for the price, it's really a great place to stay.
First let me say how PO I am I traveled 26hrs and I also booked my room 1week and advance also did research of this property to see if they allow my cat on their website it clearly says pet friendly with a deposit (No Problem)! Here I am walk in the building my husband and I hand front desk clerk our iD’s, I say I want to also pay for my pet deposit for my cat!!! Then he tells me he cannot rent me a room because they only allow DOGS! 😡 so now I’m stuck trying to find a room in Colorado they really dropped the ball with this one!!! So im saying all of this because they clearly don’t say it on the website or in the hotel policy that this is a DOG only hotel the discrimination on my cat was so real NO JOKE! BYPASS this place if you own a cat even if your cat is well trained save yourself the trouble and embarrassment of you and you’re furbaby!!!
Shout out to Pamela she was great and helpful! All staff are very friendly. The managers were understanding and helpful with any requests we had. Rooms were clean and the free breakfast was good.

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
