Nice hotel, comfy beds, nice shower and the people at front desk are very kind. Definitely would stay here Again. In a great location with lots of things to do. Room had a funky odor but that was easily fixed!

I will never stay here. I paid for two beds and could only have two people me and my wife. The worst part is my wife works for Wyndham corporate will be getting a phone call. Beds where stained with a blue dots and if I could give zero stars I would. I would not even send a homeless person here. There rude. Oh yet the room has four lamps and only one had a working light. Then when I asked the white bold guy at the front desk he give me one I asked if I could have two he told me there better be there working lights when we leave like I was going to take the light bulbs. 99.9% of the people there are drug addicts and stay in there rooms. The manger who I didn't see in three days don't allow any visitors at all. The people that clean the rooms don't knock on you're door any ask if you need anything you have to go to them. Now mind you my wife works for Wyndham at a different location. This is just down right disgusting and despicable. Oh by the way the blue spots on the bed are from people shooting up in the rooms. I'm 100% sure. I'm not a addict and never shoot up because I have a fear of needles. But I do know this if you want to waste your time and money then be my guess but again I'm never staying here again. In reply to your response. How so when I stood at the front desk and saw a black man get a room and say I have a Lady friend who will be visiting later I want two beds even got the manger who was asleep in his room by the off. So if we can't have visitors or guest then no one can. So it's you're judging white people or you don't like white people.

Positive: The rooms was surprisingly clean and nice. When I first walked into the lobby I was very worried. Close and so convenient to the airport! Shower was great. Negative: The entry and lobby area, the elevator, are very old and unkempt and dirty looking. But room was nice.

Room was clean and nicer than expected based on exterior appearance. The sink got clogged the first time I used it. Granted I didn’t report it till late in my stay but I couldn’t use sink the rest of the time. Based on rate I paid I’m just grateful I didn’t see any bugs.

Manager and staff were very accommodating and professional. Room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Great value and price. There were multiple fast food restaurants nearby: McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, and a fee others were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Positive: The bed was comfortable Negative: This property is a pit. The A/C did not work. The bedspread had a half dozen cigarette burns in it. The upholstered chair in the room looked like it was taken from a dumpster w/ multiple cigarette burns and bad stains.

This hotel is not only amazing but caring. I’m staying at a place near by called to see if we can be accommodated. The gentlemen, at the front desk quickly helped me and intern changed my experience here in Florida. Your pool is amazing by the way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was my birthday trip. The staff was so friendly. Everyone remembered me and made sure I was enjoying my stay. I will definitely stay again.
