Do not stay at this place! They allow people to hang out and smoke weed and alcohol outside your doors and they allow them to be as loud as they and will say absolutely nothing. This is another new family that owns this place. When I first started come there years ago there was a an amazing family that owned it and took amazing care of it now it’s no more. I was in the room less than an 1 hour and couldn’t take the environment and they refuse to refund my money through Priceline. Beware because they don’t care about the customers. They only care about the money they can get from out of state works. Don’t stay here period! It’s a dump now!

Peepers! I was parked legally in a handicap parking place and had been in my room for a couple of hours when a random dude started looking in the windows of my room. No knock at the door, just peeping Tom style. I went to the door to ask what he thought he was doing. He wanted me to move my car over so he could park illegally next to my car in the striped zone. Not only was his van NOT a handicap vehicle, but he was just showing up for his shift at the front desk! Yes, he WORKED there. Talk about an invasion of privacy! On to motel conditions. The bottom of the door to my room had a very large gap that had magazines taped to the door to "fix" it. The hall to the office had a big puddle of water on the floor in front of an empty vending machine making for a slip and fall hazard. The maid cart spent 98% of my stay in front of the office door blocking entrance. The place was in poor repair in general. We booked online and weren't informed that there was a $100 dollar deposit. The coffee was good, but the breakfast was extremely limited. As in almost non-existent and you have to listen to the highway noise all night. Not exactly a relaxing end to your day of traveling. The room was cheap, but the room was cheap for lots of reasons. I do not recommend stopping here.

I reserved a non-smoking room online, when we arrived, without asking, I was told I could not stay any longer than what I reserved and would also need to pay $150 deposit. The room was not only smoked in, but it was dirty and destroyed. A complete fire hazard. Electrical units outside of the wall, no mirrors, burn holes in the sheets and blankets. I took my son and left. Don’t try to be smart and save money here, you’ll regret it. This is especially not a place for kids.

Positive: Close to highway Negative: Room wasn?t finished being remodeled. Tv didn?t work. No light over the sink area. No light in the rooms. Bathroom light only worked. Got the tv working my last night. Busy hotel on weekends, all kinds of people hanging around.

Barely a 3. The breakfast was cold cereal, granola bars, sweet rolls, instant oatmeal, coffee and tea. We paid $30, extra for our little dog, which was fine, but the hundred dollar deposit was unexpected, and, the 4 to 5 day refund was totally unexpected. Every time the air-conditioner kicked on, it sounded like a 747.

My vehicle broke down on I-35. I waited 3 1/2 hours for a tow truck to s repair shop. I waited for an hour for an Uber. I arrived about 12:30. I was immediately confronted by the clerk asking for a $50 cash deposit, stating it would be returned when I checked out after an inspection of the room. After I advised that I did not want to use cash I was allowed to use my credit card, which she said would be promptly refunded after I checked out. I carried my stuff to the room. The lock lit up green but I could not open the door. It turned out that I just needed to use more force. Look at the attached photo. Someone had attempted to overcome the structural defects by taping paste board to the bottom of the door. It didn’t work. The noise and vibration from I-35 rattled the door keeping me awake all night. After I contacted the repair shop and advised that it would be my vehicle would not be available until late afternoon or early morning I contacted the desk to extend my stay. The desk said I could continue my stay but the rate would increase from $57 to $95. I decided to reject this attempt at piracy and checked out. I was advised that the prompt return of my deposit would be 3-5 days. I went outside to wait on the curb for a Lyft to the Hampton Inn. The desk clerk came out and offered to reduce the extended rate to $70. I refused and checked in st the Hampton Inn. The room is cool, quiet and has all of the amenities. I highly recommend that you spend a few mor dollars and get a good night’s sleep at the Hampton Inn. The second is a dresser with three drawers missing. Great value, if they would honor the advertised price and you tolerate the noise.

I will if you need a place just not here . The lobby presence is not appealing . Am glad I never stayed here . No breakfast in the morning juice and coffee . Many super 8 s have great look . I walked in and out 5mins . The place says turnaround and walk away .

After a long night of driving. Decided to pull over for sleep. No other hotel would accept me without a reservation. The owner and his employee gladly welcomed and accommodated the needs I had. No questions asked. Room was clean which was huge so I can go straight to sleep (peacefully). Newly remodeled. Will definitely stop back if I'm ever in the area again. Thanks again
