I’m a truck driver and, unfortunately, I’m stuck staying here once or twice a week because I’m low on hours by the time I get here. It’s usually the same woman that checks me in and she’s fantastic. That’s where the good ends. The bathtub has been clogged every time I’ve come here and there’s almost always a spider waiting for me in it. They have smoking rooms but I’ve bought my own ashtray because they rarely have one in them. More than once the bath mat has been soaked when I came in. The bed is super uncomfortable and this is coming from a guy that slept in a sleeper berth for several years and is use to uncomfortable sleeping. The alternate doors sometimes work and sometimes don’t. The hallways smell awful.One of the biggest crimes is the cheap owner that refuses to fork out a little money to fix some easy fixes charged TRIPLE on the day of the eclipse. People actually had to pay triple to stay in this dump that day!!I could go on but you get it. If you have options, don’t stay here.

This was a good stay for the business I had in Illinois. So the location was perfect. The service was nice. A blonde beautiful woman helped me at the service desk. Cute smile. The room was ok. Definitely could use some over hauling. It was a bummer that the pool was covered.

Stayed 2 nights. Room service knocked on the outside door. Told them that I was good. Just got out of the shower when the inside door tried to be opened. Had the door stop thing and the door locked. 👀 😠 Both of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional.

Wonderful! This is not a boutique hotel, this is roadside lodging, and it was exactly what our family needed. We have traveled a lot, and seen a lot of things in our accomodations lol, and I was very pleased with this place. Is it fancy? No. Is it safe, comfortable, and quiet? Absolutely! The bed was comfortable, the parking lot was safe and clean, the water pressure was great, and the staff was INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY. Our 10 year old loved the room. I was surprised at how quiet and comfortable it was. We got a great night's sleep and woke up ready to hit the road.

Upon entering the room, (215) we found the toilet malfunctioning. The float needed adjustment. And it definitely needs a new flapper in the tank, the old one is in very bad shape and comes out of alignment when flushed. The A/C unit in the room does cool, but sounds like a B-25 taking off. Very loud and hard to sleep with that noise. Looks like the newer style unit that may have been recently installed.

No working ice machine. Two broken ice machines in the hallway. Broken washing machine in front of the office. Paint peeling from the ceiling. Stained tub. No ashtrays in the place, even though they have smoking rooms. The free breakfast is a joke. Dry cereal only. Floor by toilet is stained. $79 for one night after the AARP discount.

When is it appropriate to give the customer their money back? Is it when they find dried feces on the floor and the staff tries to blame your dog after only being there less than 10 minutes? Or is it when they see blood on the bathroom wall? How about the nasty, burned sheets on the bed? I would give zero stars if I could. This place is not what they show on their website. And because I booked my stay through a third party, they will not refund me. But that is not what the employee had said. He just outright refused to give me my money back. Told me he would give me a better room and then charged me $100 more for my dog. First room had the feces in it and was missing furniture. The dresser was falling apart and there was not bedspread/comforter on the bed. The second room was not any better. There was no security lock on the one door, the carpet looked as if they never ran a vacuum over it and there was blood and dried feces on the bathroom wall. The couch was so stained, even after scubbing it, I couldnt get it cleaned. I had to use one of my dog's towels to lay over it just so i could sit on it. The curtains had what looked like mold (black stuff) all over it and when i opened the curtain, the window was covered in cobwebs. The tub and a ring of scum around it and free standing water that would not drain. The ceiling was peeling away in multiple places throughoutthe room froom what looked to be leaks. I guess they never got around to fixing that. Just like they never got around to cleaning the place. The pool, which was blocked off, had what looked like old ac units stored on the deck. There was old appliances setting on pallets right outside the front door and they never cleaned the vending area in the 4 days I was there. ( there was a dead bug on the floor the whole time) Also, no comforter/ bedspread on this bed either. It took a lot for me to sleep here the first night. The next day I purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room just so I could fell a little less anxiety staying here. Who goes on vacation to clean their hotel room?? Anyone who stays at this establishment.... Now to add insult to injury, Wyndham Resorts wants to add points to a rewards account I don't have. Like I would ever stay at another Super 8 again. No thank you I have pictures to prove everything that I listed, but it will not allow me to upload them.

Broken washing machines in the front. Couldn’t check in when we got there because the clerk locked her keys in the car so we had to leave and come back. Ice machine not working. Couldn’t get fresh towels until after housekeeping came in at 9am. Was told they had to be washed. We had to give them our used towels In order to get fresh ones.
