We came to town to lay my mother to rest so we really didn't need much. What we got was a very clean, non smoking room with a walk in shower, huge bathroom, stove top, full size fridge and direct TV. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need. The rate was very good as well.
Future guests beware!!! Poor ownership and management. Made a reservation online for a room with pets allowed. I checked in at the property at 11:30 pm only to be told it was an extra $50 all of a sudden for my pets. It felt very much like I was being strong armed for an extra $50. This guy had zero concern about our stay at all. This room was only $59 a night. I am used to paying for my dogs but that normally only runs $10 per animal. I requested him to cancel our reservation and ended up staying across the street. I confirmed with the manager that I would not be charged for the room after the cancellation was made.. he said I would not be charged. I woke up this morning to a $93.00 charge on my card. I went to dispute the charge with the manager again and he was absolutely no help at all. I have now had to dispute the charge with my bank. They are fraudulent criminals. Do not stay here and do not give them any banking info. Consumer beware. I will be reporting this terrible business to the BBB as well. Shameful.
Great hotel and nice rooms. We had a non smokers, handicap room. It had a huge bathroom, a stove top, large refrigerator, kitchen sink, and a king-size bed. The continental breakfast had egg shaped like a disk, the sausage was overcooked, the biscuits are good, the Texas waffles were delicious, they had cinnamon rolls, cereal, and orange juice. The breakfast area was very clean and so were the rooms. The hotel staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Great prices on the rooms
My third time staying there and seems to be getting better. Nice and quiet, clean and the people that maintain room service are excellent.
The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. They provide coffee, microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. Very nice for the price.
Customer service is very depressing. As much as I would like to complain. The end result is there still going to get customers and make money regardless of the fact that the customer service attitude on how they address their customers is very depressing. Hopefully they get it together before they get someone that knows how to bark back. And hopefully their customers they get our patient with their displeasing attitude and customer service from the service at the front desk to the maid service sad. If I ever come out here for vacation and come with my family this will not be my first pick this will be my last pick if it's no other option.
Visiting here and the room is nice and bed comfy. Very clean and organized rooms. I will be staying more often. Decent priced.
Very friendly , clean rooms , quiet and comfortable. The room had everything I needed . They we very nice and welcoming at check in as well . Sheets and towels provided and clean . Definitely a great place to stay
Lindy was AAAAHHHmazing. The area has a power outage but she was very helpful to guests and got me to my room very quickly. She truly went above and beyond the level of excellence. The hotel was full and she did get beat to meet every need Thank you
