Super 8 by Wyndham Butte MT - Featured Reviews (1041)
This motel is in a good location and has modern clean rooms. The site also provides a good continental breakfast, no hot food other than waffles or toast but a good selection of continental items. The business centre wasn’t working when I was there but looked good. Check in was quick and easy. I asked for an iron/ board and was provided no problem. Bed was comfortable and warm, tv was good, bathroom was good with good pressure and hot water. Parking was good and the location is safe and close to everything ( don’t go to Perkins, see my review for them). Good value, location, rooms, breakfast.
We stayed here passing through and picked this location primarily for its spot within town.
Decent hotel, the breakfast is your standard items you would normally see but the room noise from those above is too much to get a good nights sleep. Every movement of the folks above us we could hear like it was in our room.
If you were to stay here, ask for a top floor.
There hotel is run down. The room was dark, the carpet was stained, the bathroom tile was cracked and the room had no closet. The 3 floor hotel also has no elevator. The breakfast smelled good and there was a large crowd in the room but was visually not it appealing so we went to the coffee shop across the street.Would not stay there again.
Overall I’m happy with our stay. It was better than what I thought it would be based on reading reviews before our stay. I’d stay here again if I’m passing through again. It’s not a luxury experience but it’s acceptable for a place to sleep.
We stopped here for the night and absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the lobby was very clean. Our room was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean and organized. We were super impressed with our stay. 100% recommend.
Counter staff and breakfast staff were friendly and competent. Room was fairly clean. One of the two beds had a terrible mattress that sunk in the middle and needs to be tossed out. The other bed was fine. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom and the bathroom smelled like mildew after my shower. WARNING!!!! All the floors in this place creak. If you’re staying on the first or second floor you’re going to be listening to the people above you for your entire stay. Luckily the people above me went to bed and got up around the same time as me or sleeping would have been an issue.
Had called about an additional charge to my card after I had checked out.
Was accused of covering the fire alarm in the hotel room with a trash bag so no “smoking” could be detected.
I had no idea where the fire alarm was even located. I had to ask the woman I was speaking to where exactly the supposed fire alarm that was tampered with was.
Turns out it’s on the ceiling in the middle of the room.
I don’t understand how someone can reach that far up unless you’re standing on the bed, and are 6ft tall. My party of 4 guests are ALL 5 ft 8in and under in height.
There was zero smoking occurring in my hotel room.
Was told that the room smelled like cigarettes, but none of us smoke cigarettes. Then was implied that it didn’t ACTUALLY smell like cigarettes?… I am assuming she meant marijuana, even though she did not verbally state that. Which still, again did not occur.
Why state it smelled like cigarettes, just to say it wasn’t cigarettes?
Montana is a recreational state so I’m confused why the hush hush when accusing the use of marijuana.
She stated that every day the rooms are checked for this kind of behavior.
I guess I should start taking pictures to protect myself so I can avoid a future charge of 50$ for something that did not happen.
I truly feel like this is a scam or a way to make a little extra cash at the expense of their guests.
Older property but was well-maintained and may have been refreshed recently. The guest room was clean and in good condition. Property has no elevator, so you may need to carry luggage up one or two flights of stairs. Breakfast is basic but adequate. No hot eggs but hard boiled eggs were available and a pre-packaged frozen breakfast burrito on request that could be microwaved in addition to the waffles and continental breakfast items.
Super clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, nice pool and hot tub, and a staff that went above and beyond doting on my kids at breakfast. So family friendly. The guest laundry was clean, easy to use, and reasonably priced. Front desk staff was so
Im originally a Butte local that moved away to CA (the irony I know) but, I come back home frequently to visit friends and family. The Miners Hotel is my favorite spot to stay when I want my own space from all the running around that comes from visit
Extremely clean room. Extremely quiet. Extremely comfortable bed. Marvelous lobby. Free parking. Would have been even better had there been a restaurant, or had the bar been open (we were there on a Tuesday), but this ainât no perfect world. Butte
Everything was so perfect. Room was 100 %. Breakfast area was nice and kept-up. But I enjoyed the ð¥ computer desk in the lobby, best. There were paper, envelopes, scissors, etc. -- everything you needed for office space
Beautiful place, just walking in did wonders for my nervous system. Enoch is a bright light and Butte is very lucky him here. Inspiring art, healing stones, peaceful plant waves. Thank you for the special visit.
Visited here just before going to watch a Montana Tech football game to pick up a cap. Such great staff! Iâll be representing the team back here in the UK, ha! Honestly the hospitality was fantastic, great store, canât recommend it enough. Lookin
