Super 8 by Wyndham Brookshire TX - Hotel in Brookshire - 415 FM 359 Road, South St, USA

I got a single bed king-size for $77.97. Room was decent size. The bed was firm with clean sheets and blankets. I really don’t have any complaints about this room at all. The only thing we offer for breakfast is coffee, which they could probably work on at least offer milk and cereal Other than that, this is a good place to stay for the price

Sofa bed was falling through at the foot of it... Had to move a couple springs so my daughter could lay on it.. even then it was hard... The comforter on king bed smelled like animal pee... So disgusting, no sheets for sofa bed, no towels in room.. the ones we got when we asked for some were dirty, tub was dirty... No microwave... The king mattress didn't fit on base correctly so felt like it was going to fall in.. also found some pills on floor... Lucky we found them before my 1 year old did!! Paid way too much to end up with a room like this... Don't recommend

Positive: Nothing Negative: The staff was very rude. The hotel was dirty and smelled like mildew. The elevator was broken. We also had very noisy neighbors and the staff refused to address the situation. We were not able to sleep. Will not ever stay here again. Negative: ""

April the 15th 2024. The motel was okay but the bathroom tub was stained and dirty. I asked about breakfast and they said yes they will have it but they did not have it, they had nothing for anybody to enjoy their breakfast, probably didn't even have coffee, the price was good for me since I'm a Wyndham holder. But I will not stay here again since they lied!!!

Walked in on me twice without knocking and I’d just gotten out of the shower and within 20 minutes they opened my door twice with staff key. I had to yell stop several times before they shut the door. The staff were horrible to the customers and yelled at an older couple in front of us at check in. Internet didn’t work. Bathroom has black mold. Not sure how this place is open…

This place is horrible. I HAD NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER IN THE MORNING. I will never stay at another Super 8 ever again. I tried to call several times to talk to the manager, Denish, but he was never there and he never returned my phone call. I even stopped by the next day after I checked out but the desk clerk went to another room and told me it was his day off.

I was in town for a funeral and booked this room because other family was staying there. I couldn't do it. The bathroom was horrific. Mold, an old soap bar, rust in the tub, dog smell from the carpet. I checked out after seeing the room and they are the reservation desk is giving me a hard time on getting my refund. It was for 4 nights. I should have read the reviews instead of going off of family member recommendation. I couldn't stay a second in that room. I should have take pictures to post for others to be warned, but I just had to get out of there. They say no pets, but there is definitely at dog in RM 103 or RM 102 that I believe lives there permanently. It probably belongs to the people that work front desk because after ringing bell they come from the back in sleeping clothes and look sleep. Be warned...don't save on money with this one. LaQuinta Inn or Holiday Inn Express is down the street.
