It was mostly decent for the price but we didn’t like how dirty and slippery the floor was. Your feet would turn brown if you walked barefoot on the floor. Yeah…. Do better housekeeping!
The room was clean, freshly painted with new flooring. The manager was very polite, knowledgeable, and ran the property with the utmost support by her staff. The breakfast room was clean, organized and had a variety of selections. The laundry and Ice/vending areas were clean. It was a great surprise after spending a lot of money for the Horseshoe that didn't fit any of these descriptions.
Our room was not clean when we checked in. The smoke alarm was chirping. The floor was soft in multiple places like it was rotten underneath, the laminate floor was cracked in multiple places as well where it was soft. The bathtub was also soft underneath like it was rotten as well. The AC unit was loud like it was about to die, our bedding didn't look, smell or feel like it was laundered. I brought these issues up to the manager, they did replace the battery in the smoke detector but a few hours later it started chirping again. At this point I asked the manager for a refund so we could go elsewhere and she refused. We ended up staying somewhere else the 2nd night and lost the money. The place didn't feel safe either with lots of shady looking folks hanging around the property.
Overall, my hotel experience was OK. I checked in pretty easy but they did have some problems cones in the middle of the road so you couldn’t drive out of the parking lot. I had My toddler with me, there was a few broken things in my room, such as a drawer that my son dropped on his foot because he pulled it. There were cigarette ashes on the tables next to the bed. I went downstairs to ask for new towels because no one came to clean my room and they told me they didn’t have any towels.
The worst place I've ever stayed in my life! The most poorly educated and rude employees in the whole country. I don't put fewer stars because it's not possible. We entered the motel to rest at 4 am. The employee who attended us was one of the friendliest. He was a guy who gave us a 5-star service. I asked him to put in the notes that we wanted to leave the room late since we had been driving for 14 hours and we needed to rest, the housekeeping did not care and at 10 am she was playing in the room in fact he played on 3 times and on one of them rudely he said that we had to leave, followed by this she called Shely or Jely from the front desk yelling at me in a super super rude way like I had never seen that they treated a customer I told him to talk to me slowly and change his attitude. After this, they knocked on the door again. My family and I were traveling with my service dogs by Federal Law they have the right to enter any property even if animals are not allowed and the owners are not obliged to show any document of this, it is illegal to ask for the documents of a service dog and to comment that they charged $60 from my card without first asking which is totally illegal because service animals do not have to pay to be able to enter the places. After this situation, a man called to my room yelling at me to introduce me to the office as if he were my boss or a commander of the armed forces and I was his lieutenant. And to say that my dogs had a better presence and were more polite than the motel workers. It is really sad that things like this happen and to think that there are unqualified people who work in these places who act in this way, I worked for many years on Human resources in Hotels in Las Vegas and we never allowed workers to treat customers like this we always demanded mutual respect, I know well how the system works and no matter how this was demanded of us. I hope that the management of the Motel will take action on the matter and that it will not allow things like this to happen. As information for future guests who happen to them similar things can open a corporate complaint with Wyndham directly who is the one who manages this horrible place. I hope no one else has to go through a similar situation.
Let's be realistic. Not the Holiday Inn here. What they do good here is amenities in room like microwave and refrigerator are great. Bed was comfortable. Where they need work is: front desk not friendly, welcoming or professional. There were people hanging out smoking marijuana and room smelled like marijuana. I noticed they didn't take an extra deposit when I checked in. This makes me wonder how do they enforce rules here?
Booked 1 night to see how it would go, rebooked for the week. The room was clean, amenities in order, what shines is the staff. Contractors live out of motels, this comes with hickups. Everyone at the front desk is eager to help and efficient in results of switching credit cards over and handling cancellations. Staff was always friendly and all about "how can I help".
They give you 1 towel each size, 1 pillow and won't change your towels or sheets for 3 days. We asked for an extra pillow because these beds are beyond uncomfortable and they said no. This wasn't like that last year when we stayed. Will never come here again

Room was super clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. Front desk attendant came out immediately at both check in and check out. Super nice and pleasant despite working on a holiday. Truly appreciated!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this location that perfectly blended convenience, cleanliness, and top-notch service. Nestled within walking distance of the vibrant Louisiana Boardwalk, casinos, and an array of delightful food establishment

This was the cleanest hotel Iâve had the pleasure of staying at in a long time. As somebody who travels frequently for work & pleasure and tries to stick with Hilton brand this says a lot. Every part of the hotel was spotless and smelled so clean!

I took the class that was offered at Great Raft Brewing. First time trying CrossFit, I was a little intimidated, but Markâs explanation and demonstration put me at ease. Such a fun workout, I am feeling it today (quads are on fire!). Would recomme

Ashley has a great personality! She was helpful and definitely does not follow the standard customer service (or lack there of) I am used to getting when I am here for business. (*see âShrevedâ in the Urban dictionary. ) The food smells amazing
Great 24 hour gym, depending on the time of day you can have the place to yourself for the most part. Gym goers are fairly kinda and aren't rude. A perfect place to start or continue one's workout journey
