Super 8 by Wyndham Bellingham Airport/Ferndale - Hotel in Ferndale - 5788 Barrett Rd, USA

I stayed at your ferndale/ belingham location and it was a horrible experience. The staff is rude & violent. The front desk guy who also seems to be the owner came to my room and threatened physical assault and eviction when we called him rude...never ever recommend this brand. We only stayed here coz nothing else was available. They also overcharge above what they advertise in websites...please donot go there.||||For Wyndham Group - Please don't allow goons to run your franchises...they'll destroy your brand. I just checked online and i am not the first, there are so many compliants about safety and attitude of the horrible owner.

The bathroom flooded from the room above mine. An inch of water, soaking my clothes. I wasn't able to use the bathroom from the time I woke up in the morning. Had to use the toilet at the swimming pool. The hotel offered me a 20% discount after 4 days. They asked me if I'd taken a photo of the flood (to prove it really happened?). Terrible experience.

Not even staying. Getting a refund after 10 minutes in the room. The room was so full of chemical smell I couldn’t breath. Which is kinda funny since it wasn’t clean at all. The internet won’t load for my phone or the tv. Pillow cases are dirty and the whole place screams druggy hotel. In fact the parking lot is full of run down RV’s and drug addicts everywhere. This place is trash and I wouldn’t even consider it ever again as an option.

f I could give them a negative 100 and shut them down I would! They stole our $100 deposit! I have been jumping through hoops for over a month to get it back and they have no trace of it any where even though it’s on my bank statement! The lady at the front desk was so unprofessional she said she refused to look up my reservation because my name was hard to spell and then hung up on me! On top of lying about being the manager (because I called corporate and found out she wasn’t) she was just front desk!!!! It took her about 20 minutes per visitor she seems out of it and incompetent to do her job! The rooms are disgusting the pool is disgusting! But the worst is how many other people have they stole from ?! The police need to check into their books! How can a company be allowed to just keep stealing from people and get away with it?!?!

I am absolutely outraged by my experience at the Super 8 hotel this morning. When I tried to check in early, the front desk clerk was not only incredibly rude but also blatantly racist. To add insult to injury, when I sat in the lobby waiting for a Rideshare, the clerk called the police on me! He falsely claimed that I was playing loud music on a boombox when I didn't even have a radio with me, and my phone was completely silent. This kind of treatment is beyond unacceptable. I felt humiliated and distressed by the whole situation. I immediately left and went to another hotel where I received the respectful and courteous service every guest deserves. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this Super 8 at all costs. This place doesn't deserve your business.

Breakfast service should list 6am till we run out. Trying to get staff to stock food is harder than riding a unicycle while juggling. Staff is uncaring of cleaning and stocking as well as helping guests at main counter. Also, beware before bookong that you will be charged an extra $100 per night and get it back in 6-7 days. So if your looking for cost effective DONT BOOK HERE

Nice hotel. The front desk was very nice and helpful Cons: I stayed for a whole week and the room was cleaned only once and that was because I asked them to do it. Breakfast is just a bag (to go) with two protein bars, little can of pineapple juice and coffee

Great location and staff. They have an indoor pool and places to eat within walking distance. Nicholas went above and beyond to accommodate us. Breakfast was very good too! 👍 👍 👍
