Super 8 by Wyndham Belgrade/Bozeman Airport - Hotel in Belgrade - 6450 Jackrabbit Ln, USA

I will start off with the good. The lobby/clerk were very nice. The breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast.|Our room: our first experience was walking down to our hallway that wreaked like people were smoking in the hallway. We reached our room, outdated & very dark/dim lighting. Our window was at ground level, with designated motor cycle parking right outside our window . This was horrible/loud. Our biggest issue was the bed. When you layed in the bed you both caved to the middle. After traveling for almost 10 hours, we didn’t ask for a room change; but did expect to at least have a bed that was sleepable.. We did tell the morning clerk the issues, and the response was” yeah, the bed probably needs replaced”. The bed definitely had been like this a long time, and in our opinion has been disregarded.|Grounds: outside the door the trash was over flowing with trash on the ground, 1/2 loaf of bread on the bricks, and paper all over the ground. Just a complete turn off and waste of money to stay here.

Ari was awesome at the Front Desk! Clean, quiet rooms. Breakfast area was also clean, quiet and had a hot breakfast served by a kind, attentive dude. Good running area out the back door and around newly built local roads that have no buildings yet. Second time staying here, and will be back!

We arrived late and we were checked in quickly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a full breakfast. The manager, front desk, and all the staff were great. Thank you, Andira and Kim for being so helpful, kind, and accommodating when we arrived and throughout our stay!

Stayed here for one night to catch a flight back home. Front desk staff was exceptionally nice she helped me get into the computer to check in for our flight even though she was busy. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. Once we got to our room I check the sheets as I always do and noticed a stain underneath the fitted sheet. Once I removed the fitted sheet I saw several dark stains on the mattress cover. I brought the to the front desk’s attention and it was taken care of immediately. I would have preferred a different room but since it was just one night I didn’t complain. The bathroom and towels were clean. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and vibrated so p the point where I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. I did not use the pool or eat the breakfast due to leaving for our flight very early. I stayed here to save money but would not do that again.

No elevator. Bad mattress (see pictures. It's so pronounced I'm leaving a review when I normally wouldn't despite the other things). Chipped sink facade. Chipped paint. Can't share a picture of it but the room smells. My spouse says it's a floral cleaner but it smells like pee to me.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and very accessible to large vehicles/rideshare. The front desk staff is nice, and was very understanding when we checked in at 4 AM due to our flights being delayed by 12 hours. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the beds were well-made and very comfortable. The shower also has plenty of hot water and pressure. I will note that there is a strange odor when you first walk into the room, but it is insignificant and disappears very fast. 8.5/10.

They charged $200 for this place. What is so special? A typical old motel. I've been in nicer places for less than half the price. We couldn't even have breakfast because they were out of everything except those lousy bisquits and gravy. Didn't even have milk, so we couldn't have a bowl of cereal. What a rip off. And they send an email asking for good feed back.

Indira was awesome getting us scheduled last minute and getting us enrolled in the rewards program for the best deal! It was easy to stay here with our two dogs and a great little dog park area and outdoor seating to relax in the evening. Nice room, clean and breakfast included!
