Super 8 by Wyndham Bedford - Hotel in Bedford - 842 Sword Beach Ln, USA

We stayed from Thursday until Sunday and were very pleased. We came up for the Labor Day weekend to visit the D Day memorial and wanted to be fairly close to the memorial. This hotel is perfect for that. It’s quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Since we are not familiar with the area the staff answered any questions we had. If we come back, we will definitely stay at this location again.

We had a positive experience here. Rooms were very clean, although a bit dated. Breakfast is continental, but had nice options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were ok but it wasn't the best. The pillows were super uncomfortable, our bathroom door never locked. The hotel is a non-smoking but the hallways are impregnated of a horrible cigarette smell. The breakfast ok. Is ok for maybe a one nighter, not 3 nights like we do.

I smoke so it's hard to find a room sometimes I can enjoy I was able to get a jacuzzi room I could smoke in breakfast included. Breakfast had a great selection including the self made waffle (delicious) for $140/night and if you have Wyndam rewards you get points towards next stay so you can't beat the price.

Nice. Clean rooms. Friendly, knowledgeable,helpful staff. Nice walk in shower in ♿️ rooms. Great breakfast consisting of waffles, cereal,grits,etc & coffee, oj, and apple juice. Convenient location to downtown, restaurants, BlueRidge Pky. First time at this particular Super 8. Would recommend & definitely will stay here, again. Nice view of the mountains from room.

For the price it was a great choice. The room and property was neat and in order. Nice continental breakfast, orange juice was good. Nice area to get to the parkway easily.

The place is filthy, smells like cigarettes and pine-sol. Floors in the rooms are stained, the chairs are worn out, bathrooms do mot work very well- when we called to complain we were told that this is a franchise and that Wyndham had nothing to do with this location- false advertisement… do not stay here. I have some videos but there is mo where to post them.

Very clean, excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. Close to town.
