Super 8 by Wyndham Beaver Dam - Hotel in Beaver Dam - 711 Park Ave, USA

I spend 4 days a week in hotels and this place had the best bed i ever slept in beauty rest recharge absolutely love it! The breakfast was warm and delicious staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was fine everything the way it should be.

Horrible service. You walk in the front to register through a group of employees huddled around the ashtray smoking. Then you check in and they claim your card is no good. The truth is they entered the expiration date wrong. They have now charged my card three times. The lady when I checked in named Vicki said she was the manager. Then on Monday after my card was charged three times again I called talk to another lady who now said she was the manager and Vicki was her sister. She told me she didn't charge me more then once. I told her I talked to my bank who said it was charged and processed twice. The inly way to get my money back is they would need to refund the additional transactions. I was told "we don't steal rimoney" and was hung up on. Rooms are filthy and smell of mold. No security locks on exterior doors.

Absolutely filthy hotel. You have to enter through a plethora of employees hoovering around ash trays at the front entrance. They charged my card three times and the lady at the front desk who claimed to be the manager told me they would drop off. Two days later they charged my account three times. I called and the lady who answered said she was the manager and the other lady was her sister and was filling in for her. She said they only charged me once although my bank had confirmed differently. Then hung up on me. Do not go to this flea bag hotel. I then called back and was told "we don't steal money". "I am on the phone with your bank right now" Half hour later I called my bank and was told nobody called there. Please be careful with this place. Another day has passed still no refund on the money they stole from my account.

My room was very clean w very comfy bed & bedding. Only bummer is the room next to me was listening to their TV until 3a, so I didn't sleep well. Im not going to bother front desk for something like that. I normally bring ear plugs, yet I totally forgot. Lesson learned on my part. Haha. So many other blessings that override this. Every person working at the front desk was extremely kind w excellent customer service. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area & too tired to drive.

Positive: The Breakfast was good! Coffee, juice, make your own waffle .. Negative: I wanted to take a bath and there was no plug, then looked at the shower head .. mold! This survey won't allow me to add the picture I took. If they cleaned the room properly, I could recommend it. Negative: ""

The fan cover in the bathroom is falling down. There was a dirty washcloth stuffed in the towel holder by the sink. The TV & lights weren't working so we pulled out the dresser and found it all unplugged. It was filthy behind the dresser along with a previous guests sock. Had a room with two beds. One bed had a big hole/divet in the mattress. We also found a cigarette burn hole in the blanket on the other bed. The toilet was also dirty. Will not stay here again.

Good location clean visit housekeeping kept me with clean towels. I slept okay bed was okay my back didn't hurt. Could of had a variety of more cereal, fruit and juice for breakfast 😋 overall it was a very nice stay.
