Positive: If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. It was awful. There was nothing redeeming about this hotel. If it wasn?t booked non-refundable and it wasn?t so late on arrival we would have moved for sure. Negative: Absolutely everything . We got to the absolute dirtiest room I have ever seen in all my years of traveling. Beds stained, hairballs on floor, bathroom was the grossest. Then the door wouldn?t lock properly. Front desk refused to move us .

This was the most disgusting placed I’ve ever been to in my entire life! And it should be shut down by the health department, BBB or the police cuz ain’t no way!! There is no way this place should be allowed to still be open with black mold and mildew growing out is the ceiling! Absolutely TRASH! The rooms are filthy like the staff and their attitudes. There was bugs in the beds, there was spider webs every where, as soon as you walked in the room you spelled the mildew and their excuse was “well the air conditioner wasn’t running” ?! Air conditioning only fans the funk! These people should be ashamed of themselves and the manager was a true prick! No customer service at all!!! DONT GO HERE! Not even for convenience !! Uughhhhh!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is awful. There were BED BUGS, which I had pictures of and the manger denied it and refused the refund. The staff working the desk was rude and clueless. It’s not just the bed bugs either, but there were roaches too and the rooms were visibly filthy. Stains on the walls, sheets, and curtains, paint peeling from the sink and ceiling, there was cat feces under the bed in my party’s room. I wish I was joking or exaggerating.

I went for business, a conference at the Riverside Epicenter. The location was perfect and next to a really cool bar and grill. Breakfast is nothing but cereal and cookies. My room was absolutely filthy. Not only was I not allowed to switch rooms but the person at the front desk took no actions to accommodate me.

Positive: Not a thing. Negative: It was disgusting. There were ashes on the cover of my nonsmoking bed. Cigarette burns in the blanket. The pool was out of order. The fridge in our room didn?t work and had a nasty smell. The ceiling was crumbling and left white stuff on the bed. Gross!!!

Positive: "" Negative: It very clearly had mold all over the ceiling. The tub wouldn't drain. The smell was horrible. The elevator kept trying to close randomly and hit my daughter. There is absolutely no signal inside the room. You have to step out to make or receive calls.

Dirty surroundings, moldy sink underneath, lamp was dirty and rusted and the blankets smelled like cigarettes. No breakfast except cereal. The restaurant up the road wouldn't let me husband in with the shirt he had on had to change just to pick up a to go order. They scanned him to make sure he wasn't carrying a weapon. Don't eat there the food wasn't good. Stay here if you need convenience to Six Flags or another location but I would recommend a better location for better accommodations.

It served its purpose for what we needed and focused on that to stay positive that we had a place to lay our head, with running water, and AC but that’s exactly all you are getting. We were told we were given a non smoking room but our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The towels were dirty and when asking for some new fresh ones we were given one and asked if we could take all the towels to the laundry room??? The beds and curtains were a bit ripped up and the hotel as a whole looks very dirty. It states online breakfast is included but the only thing there was some coffee and some frozen egg sandwich’s in the fridge next to a microwave in the lobby. I luckily paid my $100 deposit in cash and took a picture of the deposit slip when they took it as well as kept that deposit slip on me at all times during our trip and left nothing of value in the room at any time due to how sketchy the place was and wanted to take no chances. This was not how the place looked online but also my man didn’t know any better about booking through Super8. Now reading other reviews about this place is even more unsettling that I read something about hidden cameras??? But also grateful I trusted my gut and paid in cash and kept the slip on me because it seems most people did not get their deposit back which I did. Lesson learned, very happy to be HOME now.
