Clean, Comfortable, Conveniently located, Great Breakfast, Nice Decor, nice pool, pretty quiet and safe, no problems or issues! Staff helped my elderly relatives take their bags to the car before checkout!! Very much appreciated!!!

Left the reservation after trying to stay one night! We arrived 20 minutes before check in and was greeted with a very friendly staff member at check in. My family and I unloaded our luggage, changed and drove to OKC. We returned two minutes before 10pm. After checking to see if the pool was open or not we went to our room. Sleep was the last thing we got. The beds are on metal box framing where when we moved they made a bending metal sound. The person above us must have been half elephant because we heard every move they made. On top of it the walls were so thin we heard the tv from the next room. The worst part was that the ac that worked great when we got in the room. Kept shutting off through the night and not even close to the temp that was set. My husband who is an hvac technician for the last 30 years spent most of the night trying to get it to work. Which of course by morning started working great. The bathroom was beyond aged and deprecated. It had missing trim, holes in the wall. Some that I stuffed with tissue paper. And tile grout that literally was black. I told the kids no shower/bath and that they had to wear flip flops when using the bathroom. Oh and don’t forget the tarantula that was living inside the wall of the rear exit door. We then spent the next hour talking with Expedia as they put us on hold to talk to the hotel staff. They denied everything and said that we had to wait until the upcoming Monday for a manager to approve the refund for us not staying the second night. When returning my key card I was greeted friendly. Then I said we were doing an early check out. I was nicely asked what the issue was. I explained it all. Then it was a different story. I was told that the air conditioner is just fine without even checking it. Also after asking me timeframe of when I’d checking in and returning to the hotel. The associate stated that they seen me at the hotel at “5-6ish”. Funny because I have phones and videos of my family and I all day including that timeframe in OKC. The room was then checked and upon return the associate informed me that there was nothing wrong with the room. No cracked tiles and that the air conditioner was working just fine. Oh and as for the fuzzy tarantula that had a home in the wall. I was told “ they are aware of it. That it’s difficult to remove.” Please remember that when a child gets bit by it. Furthermore I was informed that I would have to contact the manager on Monday to discuss my refund. I do not recommend anyone to this location! Unless you are wanting an outdated, metallic, movie theater sound throughout the night. With coin flipping odds of a working air conditioner.

Check in was fast and friendly. TV didn't work in the room but we were to tired to report it. Just said "searching for satelite" like you needed to change the input or something but there was no way to do so. There was also a dirty towel left from someone before us in the shower. Very dated rooms with odd medal frames for the bed. Very loud if you move around on them

Great value for the price. Wasn’t fancy or new but it was pretty decent and clean. Big tv in room with many channel options. Breakfast options were waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage and breads for toast. We were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Kelly was really nice and helpful when we needed anything. The room was very comfortable and nice and clean.

Positive: There was no elevator and was up stairs Negative: Checked in after midnight and could not even purchase extra couple hours to get much needed rest ... ya you guys charged more than room normally cost and this was supposed to be a package special. Don't think I'll ever be using you service again.

There was an issue with a booking thru the app and instead of doing anything to help the manager checked us in without us being there. Now that we have been checked out our $100 deposit was not refunded. And they took my stay without allowing us any type of compensation or accommodation

Just want to say owners always polite and show amazing pride in this place. And it shows all over it. Highly recommended. I stay a great many places. And definitely enjoy staying here. And very well priced..
