Sam at the front desk and the lady the next morning at breakfast were enough to keep me going back. Sam was very helpful and delightful at check in and again when we saw him the next day. He was also there at checkout, and again very pleasant. The lady working during breakfast went out of her way to make sure everybody had everything they needed and also was great at refilling everything that was out. I always love Wyndham's waffle makers that make delicious waffles. My husband was glad they had his Raisin Bran. They had bagels and mini donuts. They also had little containers of yogurt. Apples were the only fruit I saw the day we went. They had coffee and orange juice. The rooms were a little outdated but no problems with anything. The location was perfect. We went to an event at Whitehall Park and actually walked back both nights. Cookout and Smoothie King are both in the next parking lot. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was extremely clean. The decor of the hotel was very pleasing. Customer service was exceptional. The rooms have hardwood floors and there’s very nice designer mirrors in the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The employees were very personable and helpful.

The phone in the room didn't work, covers over part of the outlets were broken, the extra lock on the door was broken. The evening and nighttime staff was much nicer than the morning guy on Saturday morning when I checked out. The free breakfast was all carbs and no healthy options, not even a fruit cup.

Customer service is excellent! I’ve stayed multiple times now, every time I’m in the area I stay here! Nice rooms great prices, and as stated management has always been great and caring

Positive: Customer service was above and beyond Negative: I think because I bought through an agency I got a room that was across from the icemaker, which disturbed me all the time. Also, I couldn?t get a receipt for my payment because the hotel said I wasn?t the one that actually booked it.

Booked my room through Expedia, was not told or shown. That this hotel does not have elevators. My wife is handicap and it was very difficult, fir her to go up and down the stairs. Plus with luggage bags, the stairs made it an exercise course. Just to bring them up to my room. Once I found out about the elevator issue, I tried canceling my reservation. But was told that my booking was nonrefundable. So I was forced to stay. Expedia was no help either, they wouldn't even help. And if you like the smell of Marijuana, then this is the place for you. I smelled it each time I opened my room doors in the halls. NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

Positive: Someone at one point tried to enter my room with their key. The front desk was very rude though I tried to be polite through this horrible experience. I tried cancelling this reservation and while I attempted on the phone the hotel charged nights refused Negative: This hotel room lacked cleanliness, seemed to have dirty sheets on one bed. Seen a dead fly on the other comforter. Some sort of black soot on the other bed. There were shady young people hanging out by the back entrances late at night. Negative: ""

I stayed here during college move in week 8/2023, it was the only place that had rooms available. It was $90 a night, which is very budget friendly when comparing to others($150-300 a night). The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs; and that people are awake all through the night going up and down the hallway. So if you are a light sleeper, you may not get much sleep.
