Super 7 Motel - Motel in Twin Falls - 320 Main Ave. E, USA

if you rent from Super 7, the manager is very hateful, rude and doesn't know what hes talking about. My fiance and i stay here for a week though we paid for a month cause we had no where to go. My fiance was gotten bitten by bed bugs and earwigs the first few nights, we had told the Manager about it, and he said no there is no bedbugs what so ever'' that we spray all the time '' bullshit. ! So the manager moved us to a different room not even a week when this happens. he still gets bite by something like the bedbugs, earwigs spiders.... he went to the hospital and plus a doctor's appointment. the Doctor at his appointment concluded that they were bites of bedbugs.... We showed the manager the note from the doctor, and he wasn't so happy. only refunding us $350.00 out of $700.00.. so he kept the rest of the money.. We had to replace a lot of our clothes.. plus our friend who we were staying with after that cause of something happening, also getting bit by the bedbugs. If you plan on renting from this place, DON'T... they lie about it not having bedbugs, when they knew before hand they had them.. also he will keep your money, also there is a lot of cockroaches in the rooms as well.. if you want my honest opinion, its dangerous to stay here at the SUPER 7 in Twin falls Idaho. they don't care for your health, all they want is your money. some rooms run $700.00 to $900.00 which is really outrageous... BED BUGS LIVE HERE... AND ALSO COCKROACHES !!! AND THE MANAGER IS A LIER ABOUT HOW HE TAKE CARES OF THE BUGS..ALSO 2 PEOPLE DIED IN THIS SUPER 7 ONE HAD AN HEART ATTACK AND ANOTHER DID DRUGS OVERDOSE. THIS HAPPEN IN JUST ONE WEEK... 2 PEOPLE DIED.

The place is cute and clean. Pretty much a hometel. Rates are reasonable... the manager Tom is very nice and helpful. Has on-site laundry room. All and all I'll give it a four

DISGUSTING! Show respect to the men & women that fought for your country! Do not go to this motel! They took a 68 yr old retired vet with leukemia money! He paid $650.00 for a month stay to stay 1 night & get kicked out. They refuse to give him his belongings, or any refund at all. Now hes homeless, stolen from & extremely sick. Where is the decency its people like this that deserve to not be in the USA!!

I felt honestly like I was surrounded by all the jails overflow inmates. I'm from Vegas so I wasn't scared for my safety but it's not a place I'm willing to let my kids go out and play and the traffic is constant

Conveniently located to all the great spots downtown, clean rooms. Definitely nothing fancy, but reasonably priced as a weekly. Very pleasant manager

Real great Management and the Rooms a little bit out dated but management does the best he can to help you out if you are low on the rent. I will say he is truly Blessed.

The manager is awesome and keeps the rooms up to date and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I'm staying here with my daughter now. It's an OK place for extended stay on budget. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Pretty far from everything though.
