Had a great two night stay for a quick scuba trip. Property was amazing, room and landscaping were beautiful. Even an area to rinse and dry our gear. The area was very quiet at night with several restaurants in walking distance. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was amazing. Great relaxing place to vacation. Derek was very accommodating and we will definitely be back in the future.

This was my second time staying at Sunshine Shores and I thoroughly enjoyed both visits. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I really appreciated having a full kitchen for my week-long stay. The location was also perfect for my dive trip: just a few minutes to the Blue Heron Bridge and the marina where the dive boats dock. And of course, the beach is just one block away. I look forward to returning soon.

Seven of our family members recently stayed at Sunshine Shores. We had a great time. Derek made sure everything was perfect. When I contacted him with a lot of questions prior to our arrival, he answered immediately. He made our stay very positive. Our units were clean, bright and comfortable. We couldn't ask for a better experience. It was great!

This is our second time staying at Sunshine Shoes Resort. Derek is easily reachable and a pleasure to work with. The rooms are attractive and comfortable with great kitchenettes. We love the gardens, orchids, plants, availability of hose, outdoor shower, and clothes line. The pool is perfect and cute. And there are great restaurants and beach accesses steps away.

Sunshine Shore Resorts in Palm Beach Shores, FL is a gem. It was recommended to us more than a decade ago by friends who had discovered it several years before that, and we have been staying exclusively there once or twice a year when visiting PBS/Singer Island every year since. The apartments are very tastefully appointed and are complete with all that you need to have a wonderful vacation. We routinely stay longer than a week. The proximity to PBS main beach is great; and being able to go out and without undue effort explore the island and garden paths is also very nice. The resort is conveniently located for getting to other local beaches (including at Blue Heron Bridge) and various scuba dive boats at Riviera Beach City Marina; everything you need to clean and maintain your dive equipment, including hoses, drying lines, etc., is available. We like the optionality of being able to frequent local restaurants (by foot if desired) as well as to have meals and cook in the apartment with a nice kitchen, cookware, tableware, etc. Also, importantly, the rooms are amazingly comfortable with top notch, quiet air conditioning to be used to whatever extent desired. The wi-fi service is reliable and robust. Finally, Derek LaRosa, the owner/manager, is very accommodating, attentive, and responsive to all requests; he actually works to make your stay meet your requirements, ranging from promptly addressing normal room issues to handling packages you expect and all manner of other things. Staying at Sunshine Shores Resort is always an enjoyable experience.

I just stayed at Sunshine Shores for the past 2 weeks, and had a great stay. Anything I need, Derek would make sure he got it. Clean, cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and stores on Singer Island. I definitely recommend staying here. Thank Derek!

Sunshine Shores is a wonderful place to stay. The property and apartment was very well maintained and clean. Derek was very accommodating and responsive. We will certainly stay there again!

Quiet, very clean, Derek was very responsive. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved reading in the courtyard. Would definitely book again.
