Where do I even begin about how much I can praise Sunshine Restoration Group?? I had a refrigerator leak and cause massive damage. Bryan was out the same day and walked us through the best way to move forward (quickly to prevent more damage) and the process started the next morning. I received a message and was also working with Tim that same day Bryan came out and again, so responsive and reassuring, not feeling like I’m being taken advantage of whatsoever like some shady companies. Bryan and the “old man” or Pops..kept us informed through the whole process and were honest and worked their tail off. Then came in Christine. I can’t begin to sing her praises enough. Truly, she deserves so much for all she has to probably put up with (I know from me alone especially!) She explained the next step in the process with the remodeling, and did so in a way where I didn’t feel like an idiot. She was there whenever I was confused, had questions, and just needed reassurance about this process. When my insurance had questions, there was no issue with communication between insurance and Sunshine Restoration Group. I truly owe you guys the world with how this process was from start to finish. 5 stars isn’t enough, especially for Bryan, Pops, and Christine!!

After discovering that our basement flooded I called the highly rated Sunshine Restoration. It was a frantic after hours call & Tim the owner sent some of his team (I believe Lamar & Ant) over within the hour. We were pleased with the quick response of the team & professionalism. We had subsequent follow ups with Bryan who addressed our concerns. He kept all the equipment in place for as long as it was needed to ensure that our basement had been restored.

Have a million plus claim in Sarasota, so have some experience. These people are the absolute best!!! They are HONEST and CONSIDERATE. They did not take advantage of my situation. I would rate this team Scott, Lori, Abi, Michelle, Theo, Ori all, Nani, Brian, they came on Saturday to my hotel full of water and saved our day. Never met better!!!! REASONABLE REASONABLE!!!

We had a question about mold growing on the vinyl plank in our basement. A flooring company recommended replacing the whole floor and putting down a waterproof barrier underneath. Tim came by the same day we contacted him after also giving us some advice by phone. He did some moisture measurements that showed all we really had to do was use a dehumidifier and do some easy drainage fixes around the house. He was super friendly and knowledgable as well. Great experience.

I had a potential mold concern from some water damage and Sunshine Restoration was fantastic. They sent Bryan out within 24 hours to do the air testing and take a look at the site. After the labs came back at low levels, Bryan came back out to check behind the drywall and cover all the bases. He was incredibly thorough and easy to work with. The peace of mind is priceless and I’m so appreciative for how quick they were able to check it out for me!

We could not have asked for a more professional and efficient team of Lamar, Kevin and Christine who handled our flooding last week. They kept us informed of their progress as they brought in equipment to handle the water and moisture issues, and removal of carpet, pad, and parkey flooring. They made the process as painless as possible considering the circumstances. We would definitely recommend Sunshine Restoration and their team of Lamar, Kevin and Christine. A job well done!!!

Had a terrible water situation with our upstairs bathroom and needed immediate help and of course, it was late at night. I reached out to these guys and within 30 minutes I had technicians at my door. The technicians' names were Lamar and Kevin who, right off the bat were courteous and kind about the current situation. During this time of night, all 3 of my children were asleep. Lamar and Kevin worked very diligently to assess our water situation. They had to do some demo work, which would be quite noisy. It was at that time I got to see their true professionalism and compassion. Both these guys came in with their equipment and were super quiet so the kiddos could sleep without interruption. The respect shown to my family, the professional work they have done, and the understanding and friendliness that they have demonstrated through this difficult situation are beyond impressive. Sunshine Restoration Group is highly recommendable and if there is ever another situation in which I need this type of service I would call them without hesitation!!!

We would recommend Sunshine Restoration to anyone who needed their type of services. We used them recently on two unrelated issues, and their responsiveness and workmanship were superb! The owner Tim cares about his customers and was available to discuss the work involved in demo and restoration, and Brian our project manager was incredibly friendly, diligent, and willing to go the extra mile to do a great job. Ken and Lamar are true professionals as well in every since of that word. They were knowledgeable, timely, friendly, hard working, neat (even during demo!) and happy to answer any questions about the job. I’m very thankful that we could count on Tim, Brian, Ken, Lamar, and Sunshine Restoration when we needed them!
