We moved to Florida May 5th and into a rental here in July 2021, the park is very nice it's clean, calm and relaxing, the pool is clean and maintained and I've had several relaxing times in it. The manager David is a gentleman and as accommodating as they come. We ( my husband and I ) haven't had the pleasure of meeting the owner but, look forward to it one day. We love our home and neighbors!. All I can say is come and look for yourselves. The naysayers can look elsewhere. 😎💞💐
The management is great! I've been in this park for a couple years and the people are just wonderful! Great ownership! Gorgeous park with a very nice pool! You can tell the people take great pride in the park! Within 2 miles of The Villages! Close to great shopping and dining! Several golf courses within just a couple of miles! Just under an hour to Orlando and all the attractions! Also located an hour from both coasts, Kennedy Space Center, World Famous Daytona Beach, Springs and Nature Trails!
Don't always believe what you read. There is always two sides to the story. In my experience in dealing with the company I have always been treated fairly. There are always people with negative feelings about any company but also many more with good experiences . And the owner was a gentleman in my dealings with him .
The man who owns the property is deceitful and corrupt in my personal experience. If you do any business with Robert Tamburro be sure EVERYTHING is in writing,with all "t's" crossed and "i's"dotted.A witness would be advisable. Better yet just avoid contact!
I am not in agreement with the negative statements made by others on this site. Mr. Tamburro is a fair business man. In my relationship with him, he has always been respectable, understanding and helpful. There are always
three sides to everyone's story with every situation, but I find the below negative accusations to be unwarranted and false.
Its ok if your looking for cheap. Its not the most attractive park i have seen in the area. Has a pool but once u see the odd green color coming from it i would doubt ypu would swim in it. Roads are really narrow not good for cars passing each other but its cheap to buy in there
THEY ARE CROOKS & BULLIES!! I brought them 3 paying customers--and their "thanks" was to break their verbal agreement allowing me to keep my motor home there for 2 more weeks until my next renter moved in. They threatened to call the police unless I coughed up $125 for 4 days my motor home was parked there.
Why shouldn't you believe what you read the manager believe a false witness hearsay and treat someone rudely not knowing that person refuse to know them to see different so believe everything the negative comments the manager does owner is good man though
This was my first time here, everything was clean. The food was so yummy. No chlorine tasting water. They had slices of lemon for your water. They even have samples out front before you go in! The grape salad was delicious too!
Foxtail is a great coffee shop! Good coffee and great place to work or chat with a friend. They have a variety of tables and seating which accommodates for different preferences.
One of the nicer Comfort Suites out there. My crews do alot of work in Central Florida so we use this hotel pretty often. Rooms , location and everything else are definitely 5 stars. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is 1 particular employee. S
