Sunshine - Motel in Wildwood - 4900 Atlantic Ave, USA

My partner and I had a really nice time here. I’m not so sure about the other reviews, but I requested a clean room and set of sheets over the phone before arriving and my wish was granted. Our room was clean, cool, and smelled nice. The shower was clean and also worked well. Pool was cold but felt good. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice and got us ice for our beach cooler. Great experience. 5/5

Clean, comfortable. Change the bed sheets and modernize. Make it more comfortable since that is the reason we come. Work or vacation. Give us something exciting to sleep on. Dollar store has options. Freshly washed linen and a modernized comforter for $23 to come back and sleep on would have made that much of a difference giving it another 2 stars. Also should add the essential travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar of soap. It would have 5 stars. It’s the small things. After all…. They are the big things since we are essentially staying to sleep and shower!!!!

The family who run this small but older basic motel are wonderful. It is not fancy or luxurious but provides a clean, safe and comfortable stay for the money. The location is great. I enjoyed my stay at the Sunshine and will return.

I've stayed here 3 times now and they are so friendly and are willing to help people out of they need. They even remembered me from last year and told me next time to just call directly! Amazing people and amazingly close to the beach and boardwalk. It's just a block away.

My stay at Sunshine was relaxing. The room was clean , the service was excellent, and the pool was a bonus .The people who work in the office are hard-working people who keep things looking nice . Very friendly folks . I would definitely stay here again

Everything was good, the hotel was decent for the price that we got it for, and. it’s close to the boardwalk. But the water was yellow, and they have so much cameras that made me uncomfortable and felt like i was being watched 24/7. And the LADY that works there is really unprofessional and disrespectful, she kept always walking pass our room and spy on me and my guest, I don’t know what was her problem and i just read the reviews and i see that everyone had a problem with that lady. So in my opinion the hotel would be better without her working there.

First off thr staff is extremely nice. I believe it's a husband and wife- they're very welcoming and comforting. Location is fabous..only a little walk to the beach/boards. The rooms were okay. Small but we were literally just staying the weekend and needed a place to sleep/shower. The beds were pretty big and comfortable.

We came down to WW for #beachblast2024. SunShine had the best prices so here we are. The place is clean and staff is often walking about keeping things in order. The management and staff are also five big shiny gold stars! (Thanks for the dinner suggestion!) I'm on the balcony writing this AND looking at the Wavy Wildwood Sign boardwalk entrance simultaneously. The pool is clean and felt great to wake up to yesterday! *Pool gated with 18 inches for the children, should you bring them. We were also pleased to see both straught and gay familes welcomed here. Clean place with a shower, bed and pool, a few Hundred Feet from the Boardwalk. What else could we need? We'll definitely be back! Thank You for your hospitality!
