The well-maintained landscaping and friendly atmosphere make it a pleasant place to live. The amenities, from parks to pools, offer a variety of leisure options. While occasional noise from nearby activities is noted, it's a minor inconvenience.
Beautiful neighborhood. We have beautiful walking paths surrounding ponds with amazing mixture of water fowl. Just a couple of observations though... Now that it's getting dark some low level lightning would not only enhance the beauty, but would add to the safety of those walking along these paths. Also the garbage🤔..... We have beautiful walking paths and it was discouraging to view the garbage lining it especially when there are garbage bins scattered throughout for just that purpose. It's our beautiful neighborhood let's keep it that way.
I love being surrounded by all this Army Corp land and being able to see hawks, deer, panthers, and coyotes. And just a short 5 minute drive to Walmart. :)

One of the best walking/biking/fishing areas I've been to. It's very clean and the walking trail is long for lots of beautiful views, scenery and wildlife!
I go for fishing, there are bass, catfish and blue gill from what I've heard. Make sure you do have your license since rangers will show up and ask. It's hefty fine if you don't have one and they charge per fish you have as well if you caught any.
The community also mandates that it is catch and release as well.

An amazing community, great homes & good neighbors. If you have kids, you get Frisco ISD, if you don’t have any, it’s great for resale purposes. We have lived here for 9yrs. A Great real state
investment & you have tons of activities nearby to keep you & the kids occupied.
The traffic can get a bit hectic at rush hours, but totally worth it, just to live here.

Cool taphouse in Little Elm. Next door to a margarita bar. Across for the park. They are connected with Untapped and Digital Pour. Good beer menu. I had a couple first time beers. Very nice staff! There was a food truck out front serving empanada
Excellent place. Free volleyball courts. Nice vibes. Boating is allowed of you have boat. I went in the evening weather breeze was cool, not sure about afternoon.

This is a small place with really good food. Food was hot and very tasty. I'll be back for breakfast and again for dinner. Catfish Pontchartrain sounds really good. My wife had the catfish and okra. I had the catfish sandwich.
This place makes the best drinks ever! My go-to is their pineapple coconut smoothie and their house iced coffee! and the staff is always so sweet and fast. I would love to see them have more art/decoration. maybe if they added a drawing/customer dood
