Sunset Park - Park in Ithaca - 200 Sunset Park Dr, USA

Nice, small, open park nestled in neighborhood. It has a couple nice mature trees for shade during the day. There is a long stone structure to sir at and watch the sun set over the hill. Part of the lake is visible below.

It took me a couple of years to come to know of this place and I am so thankful this spot exists. My summer evenings in the slow and not so lively Ithaca were made beautiful by watching the sun set here. The view is gorgeous. Probably a good place to watch the fireworks if you are in Ithaca for 4th July. The view of the lake and the west hill is gorgeous and unbeatable and watching car lights at a distance has it its own charm.

Super Pretty and peaceful. Worth the drive up the hill.

I u are around and there is sunny. U have to try this Park. U Kan park both side of the road there.

Great location to watch the sunset. Also good just to get up high and enjoy the views. Sunset Park didn't get as crowded as I expected. There are some stone walls that you can sit on or use to have a picnic. The drive up includes some narrow, winding hills, but it's worth it for the views. It's in a quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy nature with some sounds from the highway below.

Amazing place. Although I don't like how crowded it gets, it's a good place to pass by if you like jogging
