We love this spot. Have been coming here for years. My daughter loves to splash in the lake and feed the ducks and spend a few minutes on the playground before we leave.
Perfect little beach with shade (tall oak trees), Porta pots, children's playground, parking, trash bins, and BBQ spaces... Beautiful clean lake with mallard ducks and geese, nice sailboats in the distance, and beautiful homes... You will enjoy this lovely beach... Please pick up your trash and be responsible to keep the park clean for others to enjoy as well.

Nice play ground. Clean park and Beach area. Kids had a great time. Limited parking. Porta-potty. Limited picnic areas. Very limited facility but quite little park with neighborhood feel.
I go only to get buckets of water for my garden that hates the well water across the street where I stay but it is lovely, especially in the morning. There is a group of ducks that are inquisitive but not insistent. I like the quaint little marina in sight with the little sail boats lined up. In the summer it tends to get more active with families out having parties or just playing so if that is not your thing, be aware to go early. People have always been pleasant but I am just not that into peopling. Clean most of the time. Just a note:The water is receding slightly each year so be aware that we really do have to focus on the environment and try to vote people into office that will protect our climate so it functions correctly and we can continue to enjoy these natural resources. And face it, no water no life.
