Worst motel by far!!!! For the price is not bad obviously but you would think it would be at least decent and it wasn't even that.. Where to begin!. Let's start with the sand all over the floor and the stickiness!! - Staind couch that looks like it's been outside. - hair all over the towels in the bathroom. - no hot water at all. - no pillow covers - TV wasn't working -beds were stiff and uncomfortable!! -and the blankets are like a thin sheet!! I can say it was fast service.. and they were very friendly but as for their rooms it's definitely time for a renovation of some sort!! Don't recommend to anyone!!! Stay safe 🙏

2 years ago my boyfriend and I were searching for a place to stay for just two nights when our other hotel canceled on us. We called up the owners late at night and they were so helpful and saved us from disaster. For two broke college students this place is perfect. We’ve come back every summer since. By no means is it a 5 star hotel and although the rooms appear a bit outdated it gives you everything you need. We bring own supplies sometimes just to feel safe and prepared but for what you pay you get what’s necessary. Location and service are a 10/10. The owners are always available and are very kind.

The beds are very hard the first room tv had a line in it and ac didn't work second room the vol don't work for the TV the fridge isn't really cold and it could of been cleaner the staff was great and helpful the outside the hotel looked really nice as well I would say they need a update

The refrigerator was rusty and did not work. The freezer did. There was no hairdryer. The tub has a scum around it and the sink and toilet were dirty with what looked like beard hairs. The shower head straight shot water out like hose. We needed towels because there were only 2 in the room, and when we got them, they were full of black hair. I had to use my own beach towel to use after the shower. The washcloths were dirty. The couch was probably from the 80's and full of stains, so we could not sit on that. The beds were as hard as Fred Flintstone's rock bed. Rooms were kind of moldy smelling. The picture they show on the website, is not the room you get. Both beds were dirty on the bedspread...or stained. We will never, ever be back. Disgusting.

Not a good place. Dirty all over. Tub ,toilet ,counters. The fridge didn't work. The volume on the remote did t work. It smelled like mold. Not worth the price.

You get what you pay for. The price was good for a place to sleep close to the board walk. Our room was clean and no bugs anywhere. The beds are stiff and pillows are flat. The whole place could use a little updating. If they put some minor work in, it could have way more potential. But like I said it's a place to sleep that was clean which is hard to find in seaside based on all the other reviews I've read. The staff was nice and available 24/7 with a phone number. Free parking for one car was also a plus.

Do not rent unless your college boy looking for a flop room after the bsrs. Found this place via some articles including it top motels in the area. The location great walking distance to beach, restaurants, and boardwalks. We are a middle age couple that enjoys daytime bars/beaches as well as night time bars & dinners. We felt like seaside offered this. We didn't have high expectations when booking figuring it was quick wkend trip it didn't matter. The room was gross We bought lysol just to tolerate feet covered in dirt and long black hair on everything. The smell was so bad we could smell it on our clothes when we were out of the room. The door didn't lock from the outside with the key leaving our belongings unsafe. There is a kitchenette but no utensils, microwave, dishes, paper towels. Checked out early couldn't stay longer than 2 nights. Not worth price to stay |

Room would be OK for young guys looking for a place to pass out after partying all night. We are middle aged couple that enjoy day and night celebrations. Floors were dirty had to wear shoes, as well as long black hair on everything. we went and bought lysol to wipe everything down including bedding. very strong musky smell that could be smelled on our clothes when leaving the room. Door wouldn't lock from the outside with the key leaving our room open when we would walk out. Kitchenette there but no dishes, utensils, microwave, paper towels, dish soap. We checked out a day early leaving a note and the key because there were no office staff to notify. The parking spot was great a great location to walk everywhere.
